Achievers’ Daring Essence To Living A Resurrected Life

Acts 12:1-4 “Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church. And he killed James the brother of John with the sword. And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.) And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people”.

Luke 22:1-20 “Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover. And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people . . . Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed. And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat . . . And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples? And he shall show you a large upper room furnished: there make ready. And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover. And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer: For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come. And he took bread, and gave thanks, and broke it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.”

Redemption Greetings:

Hosanna! Hosanna to the son of David! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD, hosanna in the highest - Matt 21:9. Shalom! I bring you REDEMPTION greetings in the redeeming name of our PASSOVER LAMB – Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, trust that all thing will be under your feet at the point of receiving this edition of the Special AFD OF Easter 2010. Exodus 12:1-14 “And the LORD spoke unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying, This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you. Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for a house: And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb. Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats: And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening. And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it. And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it. Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with alter, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof. EASTER 2010 SPECIAL TEACHING EDITION

It gives me great pleasure to convey this Special TEACHING Edition - Easter 2010 - as we celebrate and commemorate the death, burial and resurrection of our beloved Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ. I pray you will tap into the revelation of all that happened from the cross to the throne wherein you can live a resurrected life style daily. I therefore welcome you into this special edition as we rekindle our spirit and faith in Christ Jesus by His resurrection power conferred upon us to live as VICTORS, WINNERS, OVERCOMERS, ACHIEVERS, and MORE THAN CONQUERORS and in DOMINION over all satanic forces of darkness and spiritual wickedness in the heavenly and earthly places named and yet to be name. It’s your PASSOVER from death to life in Christ Jesus. Amen.

It’s Either Easter . . . or . . . Passover

Acts 12:1-4 ’’ That’s when King Herod got it into his head to go after some of the church members. He murdered James, John’s brother. When he saw how much it raised his popularity ratings with the Jews, he arrested Peter–all this during Passover Week, mind you– and had him thrown in jail, putting four squads of four soldiers each to guard him. He was planning a public lynching after Passover.’’ (MSG)

1 Corinthians 5:6-8 “Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.”

**Luke 22:1-20 “Please see main text scripture”

The word Easter only appears once in the Bible as in the scripture context – Acts 12:4 - above and used only in the King James Version of the Bible. Other Bible translations use the word Passover. The Greek word for Easter is – PASCHA – translated Passover: the meal, the day, the festival or special sacrifices connected to it. This is an unfortunate and absurd translation, as Easter was a pagan festival observed long before Christ. It’s not a Christian name, but derived from ‘ISHTAR’, one of the Babylonian titles of an idol goddess – the Queen of Heaven. The Saxon goddess ‘EASTRE’ is the same as the ‘ASTARTE’, the Syrian Venus called – ‘ASHTORETH’. It was the worship of the woman by Israel that was such an abomination to God as found in the following scriptures – 1 Samuel 7:3; I Kings 11:5, 33; 2 Kings 23:13; Jeremiah 7:18; 44:18. Round cakes, imprinted with sign of the cross were made at this festival, the sign being, in the Babylonian mysteries, a sign of life.

The Easter eggs which play a great part in this day’s celebration were common in all heathen nations. The fable of the eggs declares that ‘‘an egg of wondrous size fell from heaven into the river Euphrates, the fish rolled it to the bank, where doves settled upon it and hatched it; and out came ‘ASTARTE’, or ‘ISHTAR’, the goddess of Easter’’. None of this has anything to Christ, Christianity or Believers’ Faith in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The Easter period however fall in time with the Passover – feast of unleavened bread. For the Israelites’ Jews it is more than a ceremony but a memorial enacting of their deliverance and redemption in Egypt bondage while for the Christian Faith it’s the celebration and commemoration of the death, burial, resurrection and enthronement of our Lord Jesus Christ, for our deliverance, redemption and restoration.

The Passover – The Unleavened Bread

Acts 12:3-4 ‘’And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.) And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.”

I Corinthians 10:16 -18 ‘’The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread. Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?’’

Exodus 12:7-8, 11, 17 “And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it. And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it . . . And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the LORD’s Passover . . . And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance forever.”

Leviticus 23:1-7 ‘’And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts . . . These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons. In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD’s Passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread. In the first day ye shall have a holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.”

The Passover feast was instituted by God, but first celebrated or observed in Egypt. And it’s done as an act of faith and faithfulness towards God for the deliverance of Israelites – Hebrews 11:24-29; Exodus 12:1-36.

Passover was a divine contact and ordinance for deliverance, victory, protection, peace, restoration and covenant to set His people free from Egypt, a place of bondage, suffering, death, torture, rigour and absolute hopelessness – Exodus 1:1-22.

Passover marks and means the end of suffering, bondages, setbacks, oppression, racism, defeat, and death. It also marks the dawn of a new beginning – living as winner, champion, victor, leader, freedom, achiever and covenant etc.

The feast of unleavened bread – Passover – was a shadow of the type of Christ. The Passover requires a lamb, the death of the lamb and sprinkling or shedding of blood. The lamb was their substitute; this is what the Passover lamb was to the children of Israel.

They are six or seven Jewish feasts. The feast of Passover – The unleavened bread – is one of them. It is held on the 14^th of the 1^st month – NISAN, or ABIB (April) in Jewish calendar to commemorate the deliverance – EXODUS – from Egypt as found in the following scriptures: Leviticus 23:1-7; Number 9:5; Joshua 5:10; 2Kings 23:22; 2Chronicle 35:1; Matthew 26:17; Luke 2:41; 22:15; Hebrews 11:28.

The Passover lamb – A Type of Christ

Isaiah 53:1-12 “. . . He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation?his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. ’’

Jesus our Lord and saviour was our Passover lamb. He was and is our Passover from bondage of sin in disobedience to God unto freedom. The Passover lamb was the substitute to enact the deliverance of God’s people – Israelites – as Egypt was a place of absolute bondage – Exodus 1:1-22. And for freedom and triumph, a lamb – male, without spot, wrinkle and blemish – was needed 1Peter 1:18-21.

The Passover Lamb was to be killed, and the blood sprinkled on the door and window post for the angel of judgement to see and PASS OVER God’s people. By the blood, the children of Israel will obtain their redemption and deliverance to be free to serve their God, live in freedom and triumph from the hostility of Egypt. Theirs was an outward redemption and deliverance.

The book of Isaiah 53:1-12 indicates how in the same manner Jesus took the place of a sacrificial and substitution lamb for our deliverance and redemption. Ours is more than outward, it’s wholesome: Spirit, Soul and Body deliverance and redemption – Revelation 7:10, 14, 17; 12:11; 13:8; 5:12; John 1:29, 36, Hebrews 2:14-15; 9:11-15.

The Passover connotes Jesus as sacrificial lamb as 1 Corinthians 5:7b typified in His death, burial and resurrection. Exodus 12:11 indicates the Passover a type of our redeemer.

The Passover lamb was characterised in these forms:

Be without Blemish - Ex. 12:5-6; Jn. 1:29; Rev. 5:6-10; 1Pet. 1:19-20.
Must be killed – Ex. 12:6; Jn. 12:24; Heb. 9:22; Rev. 13:8
The blood must be applied – Ex.12:7; Heb. 11:24-28.
The blood is to deliver and redeem – Ex. 12:13; Heb. 10:10, 14; 1 John 1:7.
The feast typified Christ the bread of life answering to the Memorial Supper – Ex. 12:14; Matt. 26:26-28; 1 Cor. 11:23-26.

The Passover and the Passover lamb were a divine ordinance and means of contact for redemption and restoration of God’s people. It was a divine arrangement. It wasn’t an act of man or political campaign or special pressure group. It’s God who saw His people’s bondages and made the way for their freedom – Acts 7:34-36 – as found in these act:

God Commands sacrifice of Passover lamb – Exodus 12:1-11.
God commands Redemption by blood – Exodus 12:12-13.
God commands Passover – A Memorial of Redemption – Exodus 12:14-28.

The substitute act of Jesus as our Passover lamb was divinely arranged by God, hence it could not be fathomed by the devil and his cohorts as indicated in the following scriptures – 1 Cor. 2:8; 5:6-7; John 1:29, 36; 1 Pet. 1:18-19; Heb. 9:11-15.

Jesus – Death, Burial And Resurrection

For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us: therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.”

1 Pet. 1:18-21 “Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.”

1 Cor. 15:19-23 “If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.”

John 11:25-26 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?’’

The experiences of deliverance in the Old Testament as in Exodus was a shadow of God’s redemption plan for mankind as fulfilled in New Testament by Christ Jesus. The scriptures of Luke 22 and 23; Matthew 27:1-66 and John 19:28-42 give a relative summary of all that took place in the fulfilment of Christ death, burial and resurrection for all mankind. John 19:30 concludes that it is FINISHED OR ACCOMPLISHED, meaning He had fully paid for our redemption and can live justified from all the bondages of satan and his cohorts.

Jesus’ death as the substitute lamb and by His shed blood has redeemed, re-owned us back to our creator and maker. A complete redemption and restoration for us to live a justified life before in all that Adam lost to the devil – Rev. 5:9-12; Gal. 3:6-9, 13-14, 26-29; Gal. 6;14-16; Col. 1:13-14; Eph. 1:7; Heb. 9:12.

The Passover to the Jews was much more than a mere feast but a holy convocation, a memorial of deliverance from bondage.

Salvation from sin, deliverance from satanic bondages, freedom, liberty, triumph etc
Christ as our redemption and Passover lamb
Restoration of God’s kind of love to us and the hope of eternal life
A covenant established in the eternal blood of Christ Jesus
. . . and many more

Therefore the PASSOVER in the context of EASTER – Greek Pascha – typifies to the Christian Faith believer the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Passover Sunday being a resurrection morning I believe it to be the most vital and important day in a Christian Faith calendar. Everything in Christian faith hinges on the reality of the resurrection. If the resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ is not a literal fact and truth, then the Christian faith is nothing but a mere religion as in others in the world today. Thanks to God that Christ resurrected.

The scriptures of Luke 24:1-12, John 20:1-25, Matthew 28:1-16, 1 Corinthian 15:1-23 and John 11:25-26 had detailed explanations to authenticate that Christ both died, was buried and resurrected from the dead.

Passover - A Memorial of REDEMPTION

Exodus 12:14-28 ”And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance forever . . . And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance forever . . .’’

Matthew 28:19-20 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Romans 6:1-14 “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin . . . ”

Matthew 26:26-29 “And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and broke it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.”

Passover can only be meaningful if a memorial of the deliverance from Egypt was enacted. God willing to keep His covenant with His people and for posterity He required that the children of Moses keep a memorial of their deliverance from Egypt as in Exodus 12:14.

God also willing to keep the immutability of His counsel in our deliverance and salvation has in our Christian faith enacted two ordinances in respect of our redemption.

The two ordinances or memorial given to us are:

The water baptism
The Lord’s Supper or communion

These ordinances need to be observed by every believer in Christ Jesus. The Baptism indicates our act of identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection unto newness of life - Romans 6:1-14.

The Lord’s Supper signifies a continual reminder of the efficacy of the shed blood and broken body of Christ in our redemption and in the wholeness of the body of Christ in Christ Jesus. Hence we are asked to discern the body and examine ourselves – 1 Cor. 11:17-34; 10:1-22; John 6:22-65; Luke 22:1-20. Upon these the faith covenant is enacted, insured and assured. Hence, we are all commanded and called to partake in the communion of the Lord’s blood and body through discerning the body ministry in Christ less it becomes a mere religious duty with no definite impart upon our life for the good of true services to God in Christ Jesus. Hence many are sick in faith and body today in spite of partaking in the Lord’s Table.

When you come to actualise the essence of Romans 6:1-4 as regards to baptism, you can then live in the abundant grace of God’s freedom and newness of life. This we need to live and enjoy in the Lord. In Baptism death is the mark of baptism, while the burial and resurrection ushers us into a new life of victory over sinful living and the habits that accompany it. A believer that is not living above the knowledge of sin and sinful habits is merely observing the funeral without the actual death to sin that is easily besetting such and the need to live a resurrection life as a new creation in Christ Jesus – Hebrews 6:1-2; 12:1-2.

He is Risen – You Can Live A Resurrected Life

Luke 24:1-8 “. . . And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, the Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. And they remembered his words”

John 20:1-17 “. . . And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him. And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.”

Matthew 27:50-53 ’’Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.”

1 Peter 3:18-22 “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.”

Matthew 28:11-15 “Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and showed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. And if this come to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day.”

Jesus died, was buried and resurrected according to the scriptures – Matt. 27:1-66; Luke 22 and 23; John 19, 20, and 21. Jesus fulfilled the scriptures for mankind’s redemption from the bondage of sin and its effect. His death, burial and resurrection are the final blow of God’s wisdom against satan for our redemption – 1 Corinthians 2:8.

In spite of all the fortified forces put in place and the bribery given to the Soldiers on guard of Christ burial tomb, death could not have held Jesus from resurrection. He is RISEN from the grave! The scriptures indicate that when He was buried He went and ministered to the spirits in prison, those who were dead in faith since the days of NOAH who have been held captive by satan and his cohorts while waiting for the redemption of their soul as in the scriptures – 1 Peter 3:18-22, Matthew 27:50-56; Ephesians 4:7-10. He ministered to them and resurrected with them and they all appeared before many in that day of His resurrection according to the scriptures before He left to present himself to the Father God.

Jesus is Risen! He is no longer in the grave and we can’t seek him and live our life as if He is dead and still in the grave. It’s time for us to live a resurrected life in our Christ walk of faith. Let’s come out of the dead work of religion and live in the resurrected life of Jesus which He has given us. The days of living as dead in mediocrity, failure mentality, blame factor mentality, a never do good or do well and I can’t always make it in life attitude is over.

No matter your circumstances today and human limitations by every standard of life, I make bold to say to you to arise for Christ is risen! Put on a new look of faith and life. Give a fresh smile to your face for your redemption is come and you can become in life again. Lift your head and shoulder high for Jesus has given us beauty for ashes, oil of joy for mourning and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness that we might be trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord – Isaiah 63:1-3. The power and grip of sin and satan are broken and rendered powerless; we can live a justified life and live free today. Forgiveness is possible, mercy, healing and prosperity are within reach for us today, for Christ is RISEN!

You have no right to live a defeated, bruised and battered life anymore. You have a right to the resurrected life no matter the circumstances you find yourself today. You are redeemed, a winner, victor any day, any where. Praise God!

He Is Enthroned – Therefore, Go Doing Exploits In His Name

Dan 11:32 “. . . but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.”

John 20:15-17 ’’Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.”

Eph. 1:17-23 “. . . Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.”

Eph. 2:6-7 ’’And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.”

In the book of John 20:15-17 we are scripturally informed how Jesus was to go to the Father God as soon as He resurrected having accomplished divine purposes during the period He was in the grave by the visit to those in prison and His resurrection with them according to the holy writ - 1 Peter 3:18-22, Matt. 27:50-56; Psalm 24:7-10; Eph. 4:7-10. Mary Magdalene was immediately denied the opportunity of touching the Lord as soon as He resurrected, for His mission for human redemption was not yet accomplished until the Father God had received and accepted and authenticate and enact the accomplished redemption work of Christ for mankind’s redemption – John 20:15-18; Rev. 4 and 5. Christ did not want any Adamic nature from Mary to nullify the blood of our REDEMPTION.

The book of Revelation 4 and 5 gives a summary of the heavenly events on how Jesus redemption works was received and He was enthroned as He has always been. Jesus stripped satan of the keys and authority which Adam lost to him and restored them back to humanity, much more to His Church having led captivity captive and received gifts for men – Eph. 4:7-19; Psalm 68:18; Rev. 1:5 , 18; 5:9-12; Matthew 28:16-20; 16:18-19; Mark 16:15-20.

Afterwards, Jesus presented His done deed to the Father God as in the context scripture of John 20:15-18 and Ephesians 4:7-10, He appeared to many as well as the disciples for another 40days before His ascension –Luke 24:13-53; John 20:11 – 21:25; Acts 1:1-11. Today, Jesus is enthroned, seated in the heavenly places with God the FATHER. At His enthronement He lifted us all to be seated up with Him at the right hand of the Father over principalities, powers and dominions – Eph. 1:17-23; 2:6-7. We have been made to triumph, live a victorious and a more than conquerors life in His name which He has bestowed to us according to the scriptures – Phil. 2:9-11; 2 Corinthian 2:14; 1 Corinthian 15:54-57; and Romans 8:34.

By Jesus’ resurrection and enthronement we can access all His powers to do life according to the scriptures as in the following below:

1. Living by the resurrection concept – John 11:25-26.

2. Death to sin, living in dominion and newness of life – Roman 6:8-11, 14.

3. All power submits to His name. Living in Christ given authority – Rev. 1:18; Matt. 28:18.

4. By His anointing, doing wonders over Adamic limitations – Acts 10:38; Luke 4:18.

5. Delivered from the spirit of fear and death and timidity and inferiority complex - Heb. 2:14-15; 2 Tim. 1:7.

6. Power to subdue all things under our feet in Christ Jesus name – Phil. 3:20-21.

7. Power over all things. Taking charge and control over our circumstances - John 13:3.

8. Power over all flesh. Never again to submit to bullying of men but to reign in life - John 17:2.

9. All powers bow their knees and confess before His name. Awesome to serve - Phil. 2:9-11.

ARISE and SHINE! You can live a resurrected life today for Jesus has given you His name. That’s the essence of the PASSOVER. At His name sicknesses are healed, deliverance comes to the captives, wisdom to do life comes, salvation comes to men, forgiveness and mercies come to men, doors of opportunities and prosperity come to men and many others. Take advantage of knowing this today and live an exciting free life in His name. You’ve passed from death to life in Christ Jesus, amen.

FINALLY – It’s Your PASSOVER!

Galatians 6:14-16 ‘’But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.’’

Phil. 3:10 “That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.”

Rom. 8:9-11 “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.”

John 6:63 “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”

Romans 5:17, 21 “For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Beloved, I wish I could be able to have explained in earnest in more detail about the Passover and all that happened from the cross to the throne in all that Christ is and has accomplished for us on the cross when He purchased our Redemption by His life in His blood as our – PASSOVER LAMB.

The Believer in Christ is saved by the blood of ‘’the lamb slain from the foundation of the world – Rev 13:8, and is strengthened daily by feasting on the word – the living Word, Christ, and the written word, the Holy Scriptures’’.

Take advantage of the knowledge made available to you today in this AFD Special Edition. It’s time to begin to live a resurrected life and not a defeated, fearful, failure, hopeless and aimless mentality consciousness. Your redemption is fully paid for and it’s your PASOVER from all sorts of bondages and setbacks. Jesus has fulfilled all that God requires of Him, it’s now ours to appropriate them into reality for they are true.

You can boldly approach God’s presence today and obtain grace to meet all your various needs, desires and aspirations in faith. The Israelites applied the blood by faith, they were delivered and redeemed into their promise redemption, in the same way, apply Jesus’ blood by faith and enjoy it for your good.

It’s your PASSOVER! He is RISEN!! Go living a resurrected life. I pray that our God delivers you from all human limitations and grants you His abundant mercies and blessings, as you have passed from death to life, live it to the full in Jesus name, amen. May you daily enjoy an Amazing Grace, Awesome Redemption and Blessed PASSOVER until the Lord returns – MARANATHA!

Shalom & Redemption greetings! Hosanna! Blessed be the King who comes in the name of the Lord; peace in heaven, and glory in the highest – Luke 19:38. I bring you special Calvary Greetings in the REDEMPTIVE names of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen. I earnestly pray and trust that at the receipt of this April 2010 AFD Edition, all things shall be under your feet and you would be able to lay hold of your redemptive rights, privileges and position in Christ Jesus because of the efficacious power of the Cross of Calvary, Amen!

APRIL 2010 EDITION

I lift up my hands to thank God for His grace that is available for me to make this month’s AFD come your way again. For all my prayer chariots, I thank God for their heartfelt prayers that God’s word through AFD would prevail in all circumstances. Thank you all very much, just keep on keeping on, together we advanced the kingdom of our God by publishing the word, we keep the enemy at bay and we populate the heavens.

In preparing for this edition’s topic which I promised you in the MARCH 2010 publication, my spirit perceived two forces to deal with as I laid out the preamble to this edition. Firstly, it’s the beginning of a new financial year in the United Kingdom in April where I live. Decisions made by the government conveyed in the recent pre-budget speech will shape the economic, political structure and course of the country. Individuals, families, educational institutions, government agencies, entrepreneurs and various aspects of businesses both in the private and public sectors of the nation will find that their lifestyles and mode of operations will be affected by some decisions.

Secondly, the National Elections are coming up in May in the United Kingdom. Whichever Party that wins they will change some decisions in line with the promise that they made while campaigning. Things might change for a lot of people. Nations all over the world have to go through such governance in their own way and in turn affect global forces.

While I appreciate all these efforts being made by various governments and leaders of nations either to – combating terrorism, secure the economy, provide security, health etc - the question that comes to mind is whether the Christian FAITH believer knows full well and has been able to come to terms with the decision of God towards any of the man made decisions, not only for the immediate problems, but in all times in which we live till eternity.

Jeremiah 29:11 (amplified) “For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in and a future (in your final outcome)”

3 John 2 “Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospers”.

John 10:10 “The thief come not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”

And it’s my great privilege to announce to you that the deed for your ever fulfilling life has been enacted for the rest of your life by the efficacious power on the cross of Calvary. BE WARNED: understanding the mystery of the word in this Digest will transform and reposition the way you do life. Hence, kindly read the introductory texts meditatively before you begin this journey with me.

The Cross – The WISDOM of God

1 Corinthians 2:7-8 “But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.”

Ephesians 3:9-12 “And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.”

Isaiah 55:8-11 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. ”

When humanity fell as result of the treason of Adam in Genesis, the scriptures made us understand that man (Adam & Eve – mankind) was cursed along with the perpetrator – the serpent (satan) – of the sinful disobedience to the audacity of God’s laid out way of doing life for mankind. The serpent was not only cursed, God made a very profound prophetic announcement or statement of His plan to redeem man back as found in Genesis 3:15 “And I (God) will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; he shall bruise your head and you shall bruise his heel”

Ever since that very day, the serpent – the devil – has been working overtime to figure out the very seed of the woman. The seed that was to be the very vessel and avenue of God’s eternal plan, purposes and pursuit to end his devices and robbery against mankind. Hence you could see that from Genesis until Christ came, major generations and individuals that appear to be in God’s channel of human redemption were in one way or the other polluted either by sin or disobedience to the heavenly plan of God. Some individuals and groups like the Pharisees, Kings, scribes, Lawyers, philosophers etc were all assisting the devil knowingly or unknowingly to fathom the wisdom of God in His eternal arrangements for human redemption.

And when Christ came to the limelight like others who came before and God made the pronouncement in the course of Jesus’ baptism by John the Baptist – “. . . This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased” as recorded in Matthew 3:16- 17; And John the baptist making his declaration concerning Christ prior to the baptism as in John 1:29 “. . . Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world”. Satan heard it. He knew then that this was that seed of the woman but lacked the wisdom of God to fathom God divine strategy to make it happen.

The Scriptures recorded in Matthew 4:1-11 and Luke 4:1-13 respectively that the devil then tempted Jesus by using the same three ways trickery that he had tried on Adam and Eve in Genesis 3:1-19 wherein they fell and sold their birthright and mankind to the devil; the same trick and craftiness which is very active till this day as recorded in 1 John 2:15-17 “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

The scriptures state in verses 13 of Luke chapter 4, that the devil foreseeing that his tricks did not work as planned, he left Christ for a while, then began his gimmicks by using the humans like kings – Herod, Pharisees, Lawyers etc thinking that by their human wisdom they could fathom God’s divine plan and then messed it up. Of course neither satan nor the humans he intended to use could by their wisdom fathom God’s divine wisdom plans, purpose and pursuit for mankind’s redemption.

1 Corinthian 2:8, finally and boldly declares that had the princes of this world known that by the rugged CROSS which looks foolish that mankind REDEMPTION would be accomplished, they would not have crucified Jesus as recorded in the book of Matthew (** Matthew 27:27-53 - A must read before proceeding further). The Cross was and is still today the wisdom of God to end the deed of satan against humanity. The devil, satan was judged on the cross and condemned on the cross to eternal bliss so that you will live in the freedom in Christ Jesus forever. Sin was nailed and judged on the cross. The Scriptures declares that in 2 Corinthian 5:19 ”That is, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” You can see how strategically that God was in Christ in the whole process and by His infinite wisdom He uses the least expected - The CROSS - to be The WISDOM of God to save mankind. If Christ had not been crucified on the cross – the wisdom of God – humanity would have lived without hope and assurance till this day. But thanks to God, His infinite wisdom – the CROSS – Prevailed, Amen!

Beloved, we can’t by our human wisdom fathom God in His manifold wisdom. For his ways and thoughts are far higher than ours. Infact they are incomparable say in Isaiah 55:8-11. But by the virtue of Redemption, Christ being the wisdom of God and in you, you can put the devil where he belongs and at a flight. That’s what the book of Ephesians 3:9-12 speaks about. You can by the cross – the wisdom of God rule and reign in life today. That means, that by the many-sided and manifold wisdom of God, we can overcome, triumph and win in life as we allow the efficacious done work of the cross to take its place in our daily live. This is the right of the Church – Praise God, Hallelujah, Amen!

The Cross – The Manifestation Acts of Sons

Romans 8:19-23 “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. ”

Galatians 4:1-7 “Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father. Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Therefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.”

Isaiah 53:8-11 “He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.”

Psalms 22:3031 “A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation. They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.”

**Matthew 27:26-53 (A must read before proceeding)

Way before Christ came to deliver us, mankind longed to see their Redemption. Hence the Jews were mad with John the baptist and Christ, considering them per se as political deliverer or a special leader to emancipate them from the oppression of the Roman Empire in the bible days. The scripture records in Romans 8:19-21 the earnest of the groaning and great expectations of creation for the manifestation of Sons of God. Son-ship position indicates a place of knowing and exercising authority in the kingdom. A place of knowing your rights, benefits, taking responsibility and actualising them to make life worth living. God’s plan is not to make babies or keep people as children, lest the devil will take them for a right and THERE ARE TOO MANY BABIES AND CHILDREN IN THE KINGDOM TODAY – see Hebrews 5:11-14.

Galatians 4:1-7 helps to indicates that as long as we are children we will be unskilful in the words of grace as in Hebrews 5:11-14. But that Son-ship makes us mature and is the place and position of reigning and ruling in life. This is what Adam was until he committed treason by selling our birth-right to the devil. That’s why Jesus is acclaimed son of God – that is the place or position of being in charge of your life, not – government’s, career etc or the devil determining your destiny.

Son-ship positioning was and is God’s intention for His people. No room for cowards, the fearful and inferiority complex in the kingdom. For God cause to be, by His wisdom He planned another strategy to stop satan and his cohorts - the demons - by raising a breed of sons to make a generation by the Cross. This generation will be called sons (all gender – male and female). In Matthew 1:1, God staged that a generation shall be born or raised as sons to stop the groaning in Romans 8:19-21 as in other scriptures. Hence it began by the statement as in King James Version – “The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the on of Abraham.” See the Word – Generation! Not genealogy as used by some translation and which can delude people from perfect knowledge of the scriptures in some cases. The used of the term Generation indicates a new breed of people – 1 Peter 2:9, who are called in 2 Corinthians 5:17 - New Creation personality. This people we are told in Revelation 5:9-10 are redeemed by the blood of Christ from every kindred, nations tongue and people etc.

This generation are not traceable to Adamic generation anymore but to Jesus generation. This generation are to be born out of the bosom of Christ stead in God. But a question comes to mind. How can Christ generate a generation of sons unto God if He did not marry, because the law of creation under the sun indicates that it takes two to make a generation. But God has a wisdom plan that the princes of this world cannot fathom – the Cross. God wants to bring forth many sons as Jesus to bruise the head of satan as he bruised their heel while Christ is in Glory seated at His right-hand and these sons may be on earth but positioned at the right-hand of Christ with the Father as joint heirs reigning in authority.

The scripture speaks of sons of God in Romans 8:14-17 (see more Gal. 6:14-15; 3:26-29; Col. 3:10-11; Eph. 2:14-15. How did they come about – this generation of sons? This was the same question being asked in Isaiah 53:8 “who will declare his generation? For he was cut off out of the land of the living . . . “. Besides, Matthew 1:17, tells us about the lineage or genealogy of Jesus and that Jesus was supposedly called the 42^nd generation of that lineage and now wants to raise his own lineage or generation not being married. How then did God plan to declare a generation of Jesus when he never married or Jesus never had a son to continue a lineage for Him.

Am glad to announce to you that the seed of Jesus actually came forth to be when God made His Soul an offering for sin on the cross as the Passover lamb. It was in that act of being pierced and opened, that you and I and every born again believer came forth. Get this, just as God opened the first Adam’s side and brought forth Eve to kick start a human generation, in-same-like-ness God brought a special breed of son-ship generation when he caused the side of Jesus to be pierced and opened while on the cross as in the following scriptures:

John 19:34-37 “But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water. And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe. For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken. And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.”

1 John 5:4-8 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.”

Isaiah 53:10 “Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand”

Psalms 22:30-31 “A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation. They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.”

Beloved, a seed shall serve Him and each seed accounted a generation. Know this day that you are a special breed. A generation breed that indeed supersede Adamic nature through the blood of Christ – THE PASSOVER LAMB – for our REDEMPTION! Jesus blood by which you are hewed from have no Adamic nature of cancer and any form of diseases named or to be named. And by this redemptive blood of your salvation is what made you a son. You can arise with authority and put an end to all that craft work of satan against your life. Its time to stop looking for people to console and feel pity for you but arise on your own ground and win the life battle, demanding satan to get his stuff out of your domain. You are a special breed – Praise God, Amen. The Cross – The Efficacious Power of The Crucifixion

John 19:1-2 “Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him. And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe, And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands.”

John 19:16-18 “Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away. And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha: Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst.”

John 19:32-37 “Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him. But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs: But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water. And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe. For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken. And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.”

**Matthew 27:26-53 (A must read before proceeding)

The scriptures of the book of John chapters 19 and Isaiah chapters 52; 53 and Matthew chapters 27 and others of the Gospel chapter’s show the condition in which Christ died when crucified at the cross. The scripture of John 19:1 speaks of the Scourged which Jesus was subjected to by the then Pilate.

And from the account of Matthew 27:26-28 “A Scourged was a Roman implement for severe bodily punishment. Research indicates that it consists of a handle with about a dozen leather cords with jagged pieces of bone or metal at the end to make the blow more painful and effective. The victim was tied to a post and blows were applied to the bare back, loins and sometimes to the face and bowels. The flesh was cut in several places by each blow. So hideous was the punishment that the victim often fainted and some died under it. It was designed to get confessions and secrets from its victims, but what could they get from an innocent sinless one – Acts 22:24-26? Flogging was permitted by the law up to 40 stripes – Deuteronomy 25:3. Jews reduce it to 39 stripes – 2 Corinthians 11:23-25. Now, if the scourge used on Jesus has 12 thongs and He was hit even 39 times this would make 468 stripes. If some struck in the same place and act deeper each time one can see how his body, because of the intense hatred, back of each blow, He was marred more than any man’s as recorded in Isaiah 52:14 “As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men”.

“Death by crucifixion was one of the most cruel and shameful deaths that could be devised. It is supposed to have been invented by SEMIRAMIS – Queen of NIMROD- who founded Babylonian system of mysteries – Rev.17:5. It was a Roman practice inflicted ONLY upon slaves and the worst criminals. The person was nailed to the cross each hand extended to the utmost stretch. The feet were nailed together, and then the cross was lifted and dropped into the hole with a violent thud which disjointed the whole body. The weight of the body hung on nails through the hands and feet. A victim was left on the cross until he died of pain and untold sufferings”

Jesus was crucified between two robbers to shame him, with crowns of thorns upon his head he bled, nailed on his feet and hands and pierced on the sides of his loins he bled, that he might bring forth REDEMPTION to all mankind as recorded on the following scriptures – Matthew 27:27-36; John 19:16-37; Isaiah 53:1-12 (kindly read them please). The mystery of the crucifixion of Jesus has great significance, and is efficacious for the following reasons:

He bled through His back - To endorse our access to divine healing and health as lost in Eden of Adam– John 19;1; Isaiah 52:14; 1 Peter 2;24; Isaiah 53;4-5, Matthew 8:16-17, Acts 10:38.
He bled through His Head – To endorse our access to be the head, be in charge and crown with authority and not a failure as it was lost in Eden of Adam. John 19:2; Matthew 27:27-31 (original cursed- Genesis 3:17-18); Gal. 3:6-9; 13-14; 26-29; Romans 2:28-29; Ephesians 2:13-14; Numbers 23:23; Colossians 3:3; Psalm 91:1-2; Isaiah 54:14-17; Gen 1:26-28.
He bled through His Hands – To endorse that the works of your hands might prosper which was cursed in Eden of Adam – John 19:16-18; Deut. 28:8, 12; *Genesis 43:12; Deut. 12:7; (*Gen. 3:17-19 original cursed); 2 Cor. 8:9; John 10:10; Deut. 8:18; 3 John 2; Job 36:11; Malachi 3:10; Genesis 8:20-21,
He bled through His feet – To endorse that every where the sole of your feet will tread on you shall have as a possession. Bruising the head of satan as it was before it was lost in Eden of Adam – (Gen. 3:14-15 – original cursed); Josh. 1:3-4; Luke 10;18-19; Heb. 2:14-15; Gen. 1:26-27; Rom. 5:17; Rom 16:20.
He bled through His side – To endorse you manifestation as Son to rule and reign in life, and most importantly to access unhindered fellowship with God as your Father now as a son which was lost in Eden of Adam. John 19:32-37; John 20:17b; Zech 12:10; Exod. 12:46; Zech. 131. (Son-ship – seed was born as in Isaiah 53:10-11)

By the cross crucifixion experience of Jesus Christ our Saviour and Lord, we have access to all that God intended for mankind’s REDEMPTION. Thank you Jesus for taking my place to pay the debt I could not have been able to pay – The Cross crucifixion!

The Cross – Redemption Act: From Curse To Blessing

Gal 3:13-14 “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. ”

Col. 1:12-14 “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: “

Eph. 1:7 “To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:”

Genesis 3:1- 19 “. . . And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.”

I will be grateful to God for all mentors and teachers and books, messages stored in various electronic devices that God has brought my way over the years to sharpen and shape my life in Christ. In all, the most credible is coming to know the Bible for myself that Christ has redeemed me from the curses over my life to His eternal purpose blessings both for the now and for the life to come. This revelation has completely changed my life till date. When I came to know that Christ had redeemed me not precisely only from the curse of the law but from the curse of the fall, my transformation of FAITH in Him completely became translated and revolutionised.

I know that many people know about their redemption from the curse of the law but when it comes to the curse of the fall they can’t fathom it. Hence I have included it in this edition:

1. The Curse of the Fall: (Genesis 3:1-19) – This is when Adam, Eve and the serpent broke the order of God. These three where cursed by God as a result of their action which eventually spread upon humanity until this day. To each was apportioning in this respect:

a. To Adam –

Gen. 3:17:19 “And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.”

Ever since God spoke to Adam in a cursed term, all generation of mankind have gone through pain to make a living. And with the global economic atmosphere you can have reason to come to terms even now. In Europe they call it working for your bills and the tax man. But be it known to you that with God on what Christ has done for you, there are lots of opportunities today on how to make a living and be stress free. The concept on working and complaining and murmuring should not be for a believer. Stop for a moment! When last did you take stock on the job you do that gives you pains and robs you of your peace in Christ. Or the jobs you do that you think without you nobody else can or will do it hence you must give in to all manner of stress in the name of diligence without an holiday or time off. That’s not of God. There is wisdom from God that enables you to do a work and live free from stress and worries and all manner of anxiety that have held you bound. Ask of God He will give you that wisdom – James 1:5.

Jesus in Mark 6:30-31, had to stop the disciples from work and commission them towards having a holiday or time off in a no job working area or zone to have a rest. This is the wisdom from above. They went with Jesus had some leisure and rest before they cut their life time short all in the name of hard working. I therefore compel you to stop your human wisdom and learn sense from the Redemption Jesus for a restful refreshing life by the Holy Ghost – Isaiah 28:9-12.

b. To Eve –

Gen.3:16 “Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee”.

When I spoke to my wife that its possible to deliver safely without undergoing the supposed pain that is mostly attributed to all during delivery, it was another story. But when I took her through the scriptural process of her redemption and the act of Christ in it, the rest is history. Infact, the midwifes in two of the occasions where startled that somebody can come to the hospital relax and before they could finish all the necessary protocol and bed arrangement, babies are on the way to be born. God saved me at a point, I would have become an emergency midwife in the car on one occasion while taking her to the hospital and baby Joel was not ready to wait. Thank God I prayed my way to get there. Baby routine check in Paper work was only done after baby was born and born along with the sack intact then broken afterwards to get baby out at least for the usual cry. Thinking next time that going early to the hospital for baby Zachary for necessary paper work, he was more shocking to the midwife than we thought. The midwife thought we had come too early and it may have been false labour since she could not see any so called proper sign. She went away to only come back and found baby on his way to be born without hitches of any sort. May God be praised for all the great fulfilments we’ve seen Him do in our life in regards to these testimonies. Amen

While am saying all these, because I found it in redemption package that Sarah of Father Abraham in Hebrews 11:6, by her FAITH received strength to CONCEIVE and to DELIVER just like the Hebrew women of Exodus 1:15-22. Not just that, because I found this redemption act in 1 Tim. 2:13-15, that a woman can be saved and safe in child bearing as she lined up her life with the scriptural truth imbedded in that verse context. You can see another redemption act promise in Luke 1:45 and Exodus 23:25-26.

This is not just my notion or personal testimony only, but a countless experience I have seen with pregnant women who attend my Ministry FAITH Surgery. These Pregnant and expectant mothers testify as they get hold of the scriptures been shared with them. For the just shall live by His FAITH – (Habakkuk 2:4b)

c. To The Serpent –

Gen. 3:14-15 ”And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel”.

I shared in my last month episode how by the exercising of my redemption right authority I overcame a conman using charms, spells, hypnotising ability to reap people off of their Joy and finances. Jesus has given us authority over the devil and demons, it is our responsibility to enact or enforce it in any and every circumstances we find ourselves otherwise the devil will take advantage of us in determining our daily life in spite of our REDEMPTION. (Matt. 28:18; Mark 16:16-20; Luke 10:19)

We could see that from all the context of this edition that Christ has nailed and judged satan on the cross. We need not fight in this battle with the devil by any way of having confrontation or contention, but for you to take your place and determine for the devil and his cohorts where they should be. You are too good and too glorious to allow a defeated fool called satan nor his cohorts agents to determine you destiny.

2. The Curse of the law: (Gal. 3:13-14; Col. 1:13; Deut. 28:1-68 kindly read it)

What Jesus did on the Cross by way of crucifixion granted us freedom from the curse of the law. It was a divinely arranged and ordered and was not known to satan nor his agents the eternal purpose of the infinite wisdom of God. A genuine study of the scriptural book of Deuteronomy 28 will show the blessings and the curses. The curses stating from verses 14 to 68 can be summed up in three words: POVERTY, SICKNESS AND SPIRITUAL DEATH. And the announcement of Christ ministry in Luke 4:16-20 on that customary day in Nazareth Synagogue gives you a conclusion that the essence of his death on crucifixion day was to end our POVERTY, SICKNESS AND SPIRITUAL IMPOVERISHMENT through death on the Cross.

Jesus’ redemption act on the cross was to end this IMPOVERISHMNET hence he said in his final word it is “FINISHED” – John 19:30. Poverty is relative. I have seen men in ivory houses poverty stricken spiritually just as some people are physically stricken with poverty of nourishment. In same manner, it applies as to our health and every area of our life. As relative as it seems all of them have been dealt with on the cross and it’s not a kingdom act of redemption or sign of been spiritual or righteous to live and die through poverty like Lazarus then go and stay in Abrahams Bosom instead of your own bosom – Luke 16:19-31. It’s not spirituality to live in another person’s servant’s quarter instead of your own main house. Now change your thinking and rise up by faith and see God prosper you even as promised in the following scriptures and more - 3 John 2, John 10:10, Jere. 29:11; Psalm 35:27; Job 36:11 etc.

I promise you, it’s easier and better to serve God being prosperous, than to be poverty stricken for it hinders the advancement of the Gospel, kills and destroys human life faster than cancer and frustrates good hearted people. Besides, it humiliates and robs you of good and healthy friendships. Read through the scriptures, in the book of Wisdom of Solomon no man makes intimacy with a poverty stricken fellow. They may relate to help but don’t keep you in their inner heart for intimacy. Hence you must keep at bay any sign of indebtedness out of your life and work in the grace of God upwards. For the poor tell more lies than the rich, I promise you. Poverty frustrates and ruins good relationship. Infact, it turns a Pastor’s anointing into announce and start blaming members. I hate it and I don’t want it to be my next door neighbour. Listen, you are worst than poor if you don’t pay your tithe. It shows how impoverished you are, repent and get born again and again. Make no friendship with a Christian who doesn’t pay his or her tithe. If they can rob God’s storehouse against redemption they can rob anybody – Malachi 3:8-12 (special bible teaching for you).

Wake up to be prosperous, be in health, even as your soul prospers spiritually and otherwise, for Christ have done the deed for you and all mankind.

The Cross – Access To The Blessings

Ephesians 4:7-11 “But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers”

Psalm 68:18-19 “Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them. Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.”

Ephesians 1:1-6 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.”

Rev 5:9-12 “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.”

2 Peter 1:1-4 “Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

Looking at the scriptures above, we can conclude that indeed Christ has not only redeemed us but have also given us GIFTS AND BLESSINGS. The Scriptures of Ephesians 4:8 and Psalms 68:18 indicate that by the accomplishment of the father God demands to ransom mankind on the Cross, He gave gifts to them and received blessings on mankind behalf as indicted in Revelations 5:12. 1. HE GAVE GIFTS TO MEN: (Psalms 68:18/Eph. 4:7-8, 11 etc)

In His accordance to build His Church as promised in Mathew 16:17-19, He gave both spiritual gifts and ministry gifts to men: The spiritual gifts which are merely spiritual to enable men function in the Church are as found in 1 Corinthians 12:1-26 especially in verses 4-11 and Galatians 5:22-23 and the ministry gifts are men empowered with spiritual gifting and are those He specifically set in the Church for some specific purposes and are called Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Teachers, Evangelist and many other names but a few for the mentioned as found in Ephesians 4:7-16 and 1 Corinthians 12:27-31. Others by names are mentioned for various purposes as found in the scriptures ( see these – Acts 2;38-47; Romans 12:3-8; 1Cor. 14:1-6, 26-31; Eph. 5:18-20; Col. 3:16-17 etc.).

2. HE RECEIVED BLESSINGS FOR MEN: (Rev. 5:12; Ephesians 1:3; Heb. 9:15)

In the same way as in (1) above, Jesus in accomplishing the Father demands for mankind REDEMPTION received blessings for men to enable us to live secured in the rights, privileges and position we lost in Adam on earth. When Jesus led captivity captives - Psalm 68:18, He obtained our redemption – rights and privileges - in the will of God for us to enjoy as His blessings.

These blessings are there for us to actualise or appropriate by Faith into our life by Christ Jesus who is the custodian of them on our behalf. Let’s just consider the major covenanted ones in our REDEMPTION as in Rev. 5:9-12 with special interest on verses 12:

Seven redemptive covenant deeds received on our behalf are summed up in these:

1. Power (Authority) – In place of oppression, fear, intimidation etc. – Luke 10:19; 2 Tim. 1:7. etc.

2. Riches (Prosperity) – In place of poverty, hunger, thirst etc. – 2 Cor. 8:9; Phil. 4:19. etc.

3. Wisdom (Mental) – In place of ignorance, foolishness etc – James 1:5, Luke 2:40, 52. etc.

4. Strength (Physique) – In place of weakness, sickness and all ‘ness etc. – Phil. 4:13; Isaiah 40:28-31. etc.

5. Honour (Dignity) – In place of dishonour, disdain, inferiority complex etc. – Col. 1:13-14; Eph. 1:7; 2 Tim. 1:7. etc.

6. Glory (Beauty) – In place of shame, reproach, etc. Isaiah 61:3; 1 Pet. 2:5, 9. etc.

7. Blessings (Grace) – In place of curses, setbacks, stagnation etc. – Eph. 1:3; 2 Pet. 1:3-4; John 10:10. etc

Spend time to ponder over these gracious acts of Christ and pray them into your personal life. I trust God to meet you with His word answering to your dear needs that mere human wisdom cannot fathom.

FINALLY: The Cross – The Audacity to Celebrate & commemorate.

Psalm 110:1-3 “The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.”

Romans 1:16-17 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”

1 John 4:17 “Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.”

Apostle Paul declares in Romans chapter one verses sixteen scriptures as in the above texts that he is not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, because he knows full well that there is power in the gospel of the cross – 1 Cor. 1:18. He even said further in Galatians chapter’s six verses fourteen and fifteen that he will make boast of the cross, because it’s by the cross he became what he is and will ever be. All through his writings in the epistles you can fathom same attitude in all time. This act of Apostle Paul in the light of the scriptures compels me to make my boast and celebrate as we commemorate Him all over the world on His Crucifixion Death, Burial, Resurrection and enthronement. I don’t know what constitute your act to boast and celebrate today.

The Scriptures in Psalms 110 1-3, says that God has purposed to send the rod of His strength through Zion, which is the Church and Body of Christ against the enemy of our FAITH and his cohorts – Hebrews 12:22-24; Eph. 3:9-12. And when we take a step of Faith – willingly volunteer – God will pour his dew - anointing– of the morning upon us and renew us with the strength as of a youth. The scriptures went further to say that as He – Christ – is so are we now in this present world - 1 John 4:17b; Ephesians 2:6-10.

Beloved Achiever in Christ, I urge you today, to take out time and meditatively ponder the amount of information being made available to you by this April 2010 AFD edition. You must come to terms to live by the graces that Christ has made available to you in God’s wisdom and stop living within your limited mind or wisdom. It’s time to celebrate through knowledge and not by the old religious mindset of commemorating this season of Easter holidays. I pray earnestly for you that in your celebration and commemoration that you come to terms with three things I am living you with:

1. That you come to behold what Christ has DONE FOR you by the CROSS.

2. That you come to behold what Christ has DONE IN you by the CROSS.

3. That you come to behold what Christ is DOING FOR you now, because of the CROSS.

Triumphing By The Blood Of The LAMB

- Achievers’ ANTIDOTE And ONSLAUGHTS To The Enemy Of Our FAITH -

2 Corinthians 2:14 “Now thanks be unto God, which always causes us to triumph in Christ, and makes manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.”

Revelations 12:10-11 “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb; and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”

Exodus 12:1-5, 7, 12-13 “And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying, This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you. Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house: And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb. Shalom & Kingdom greetings! May the grace, peace, joy and love of God possess you in the precious, awesome and redemptive name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen. It gives me great pleasure and joy to welcome you into this triumphant month as I present to you this MARCH 2010 AFD edition. I pray and trust that this month’s AFD will bring you to a place of triumph in every circumstance of life that have limited you and questioned the essence of your FAITH TESTIMONY in Christ Jesus, AMEN.

Firstly, I want to thank God for all the testimonies and responses of appreciation that have been coming in as a result of the JANUARY and FEBRUARY 2010 edition. Thus, indicating how much of God’s word through the AFD is reaching out for the good of mankind especially in the household of FAITH. Secondly, may the good Lord be earnestly praised and magnified for all the inspirations, revelations and empowerment attributed to us – to share the word of His grace to all and sundry and to the household of FAITH across nations, races, genders, generations and denominations.

Preamble

I hope that this MARCH Edition – Triumphing by the Blood of the LAMB – will grant you and every achiever the enabling grace to triumph in all that they desire and trust God to bring about in their lives. More especially, in dealing and triumphing over all the set backs and fears of becoming or achieving the set goals and dreams in all that pertains to life and godliness – 2 Peter 1:1-4. The Blood of the Lamb – Christ - is the antidote and onslaught to triumph and endorse your daily victory and triumph in all that be in life for all God’s people and mankind in general.

Triumph is the perception and feeling of great happiness resulting from a victory or major achievement. It also means the act and condition of being victorious. Being raised up in a typical African tradition family and in an environment where the blood spill of animal sacrifice to appease the gods was dominance and a life style until God’s salvation came to my family, I can boldly inform you how powerful the matter of the blood means to life and how efficacious the blood of Christ is to win victorious over all odds of the enemy.

All sorts of covenants and contracts have to be endorsed by the blood, and life is in the blood indeed – Leviticus 17:11, 14 “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul . . . For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off.” (See also Deuteronomy 12:22-24). This scriptures, indicates and signifies how vital and authentic the issue of triumph in the blood is to our daily life affairs today. The blood is the divine arranged plan to completely smash and render powerless forever the strongholds of satan and his cohorts against us. The efficacious blood of Christ Jesus our Lord and Saviour accomplished the deed for our FAITH, to guarantee us eternal victory and triumph. Amen.

Triumphing In Every Place – Your Promised in God’s WORD

2 Corinthians 2:14 “Now thanks be unto God, which always causes us to triumph in Christ, and makes manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.”

Matthew 28:18-20 “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Mark 16:15-20 “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.”

I have come to know that when people succeed or fail in life, they talk about it. Sometimes so much – like the society I live in – people are more prone to speak negative than positive about issues in life in order to be accepted or to avoid being acclaimed as a fanatic. And I have chosen to achieve and succeed in life and compel all to achieve and succeed because our God is an achiever. Knowing full well that our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ in His triumph over our enemy and cohorts was and is a day to day discussion in betrayal until this day. Christ was spoken of and is still being spoken of by people and enemies alike. They do this while challenging the authenticity of our REDEMPTION – Matthew 28:11-15.

Triumph in every place is the promise of God to all according the holy writ of 2 Corinthians 2:14 and Matthew 28:20b. Jesus gave a command and not advice for great achievement and success. He promised to be there until we surely triumph. We see in the scriptures that as the disciples – which we are by His grace – who later become apostles, walk in obedience to achieve triumphantly. The Lord is with them in every place, where they go, working with them and accompanying their doings with miraculous signs - (Isaiah 1:19; Mark 16:15-20) and Joshua 1:1-4 “. . . the LORD spoke unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ minister, saying . . . now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. . . Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you . . . From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.”

It was this kind of knowledge that apostle Paul, writing to the Corinthians Church in 2 Corinthians 2:14, indicated. That TRIUMPH in EVERY PLACE is God’s intention in Christ Jesus for all people of all nations, even as said by Apostle Peter in Acts 10:34-36. When you gave your life to our Lord Jesus Christ, a new DNA default was implanted or engrafted into you – hence you are called a new creation – 2 Corinthian 5:17; Galatians 6:14-15. The old life default of defeat, failure and regret consciousness, mentality and such like was completely washed and cleansed away and a new default of triumph, victory, success and such like was then downloaded and transferred into your being – 1Thesselonians 5:23; Colossians 1:13-14; Ephesians 1:7

I challenge you to consistently run the TRIUMPH browser as your DEFAULT in every aspect of your life. By doing this, you triumph over all that you set your feet on, just like Joshua in Joshua 1:3-4. You activate your FAITH in order to become an ACHIEVER, creating an opportunity and avenue of greatness by the act of enacting a triumph default consciousness. Triumph need not be a wish but a deliberate resolution and defined plan, purpose and pursuit of God from when Adam fell until Christ came for all mankind. Triumph is not a wish but a designed and arranged plan of God for you. But if you are going about browsing failure, defeat, pity and setbacks and such like, you can’t live triumphantly.

Beloved, do you live in the consciousness of being a victor, a winner, and a success. Do you live in the consciousness of yesterday’s failures, mistakes, defeat, setbacks and being an under achiever? Are your conscious acts in all respects as a result of God’s sayings and words or other sources? Is God’s word your default browser or is it the media – television newscast, newspapers publications, internet complexities, family traditions, society norms and self-belief your default. Is it your spouse, parents or children or friends whose browser is your default?

I make bold to declare in Christ Jesus that until one makes God’s word a conscious default browser in their daily life, TRIUMPH in every place will be eluded. It is a choice to live all your life complaining, murmuring and blaming people and circumstances for your limitations. It is also a choice to arise and shine in the awesome, amazing and majestic beauty of the glorious plan of God for you to triumph everyday in everyplace as inscribed in Jeremiah 17:12 “A glorious high throne from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary.”

You’re DNA IN CHRIST – Gives The Right To Triumph

2 Corinthian 5:17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

Galatians 6:14-15 “But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.”

2 Corinthians 1:1 “Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in all Achaia:”

The word – DNA – speaks of genetics, and is defined as “Deoxyribonucleic Acid. This is the main constituent or component of the chromosomes of all organisms, and is the material that transfers genetic characteristics in all life forms – like for like”.

In life, people will say or make comments like – I am acting or behaving in this way because it’s in my blood or DNA and it runs in the family. Meaning if one is poor, the likelihood is that all will be poor or good percentage are going to be poor in the family or lineage no matter how much they try to make a difference. If one died young or through a deadly disease or by car accident or any other strange happening, that all may likely die in the same ways as it runs in the family. This kind of notion becomes a great worry when you hear a supposedly redeemed born again child of God making similar statements when they are in crisis or facing some challenges.

Beloved, it is irrelevant whether or not you have a family history of divorce, cancer disease, childlessness, late marriages, poverty, never-do-well and many others, the day you gave your life to Jesus, a new you for a new dawn was born and began to come to be. The scriptures say in 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Galatians 6:14-15 and 2 Corinthians 2:14 that if any man comes to Christ, such becomes a new personality, the old personality and Adamic family history is gone, a new you is come to be in Christ Jesus. There is a spiritual exchange which is spiritually vital and legal in life that takes place as a result of that simple act of being born of God. It is for this exactness of FAITH that in the epistles writings that the apostles for example will start in their writings in a particular manner as shown in 2 Corinthians 1:1 and Colossians 1:1 and Ephesians 1:1 and Philippians 1:1 and 1 Peter 1:1 and James 1:1 and Jude 1 etc. That is, by using the phrase ‘of Christ’ or ‘of Jesus’ or ‘of Jesus Christ’. The use of the word “of” indicates the done deed of a new DNA as the default at work in their life. Hence they were assured and insured to have triumph in life and ministry. This help to indicate why the apostles refused to reckon their knowledge of Christ in a fleshly - humanly - manner as most people would have love to do religiously as indicated in – 2Corinthians 5:16.

“Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.”

In the same spirit as that of the apostles, I want you to know that by coming into the beloved-hood of God, your life was redeemed, translated and transformed into the image of Christ in order to triumph in every place be it in the – valleys, mountains, hills, crooked roads and rough places of life - (Galatians 3:13-14; Colossians 1:13-14; Isaiah 40:3-5).

Beloved friend, it’s irrelevant the history of your life or family. Now that you are born of God, you have a new identity and the power to put an end to the enemy’s intended plan. You need to devolve yourself of the past and develop a new consciousness of triumph mentality and consciousness as a transformed child of God. You need to do a rework in your mind set as in indicated in the scripture:

Romans 12:1-2 “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

You have to reprogram your life browser into a new default by the word of God. For your FAITH on your new DNA determines your triumph in life as says in 1 John 5:4-5 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our FAITH. Who is he that OVERCOMETH the world, but he that BELIEVETH that Jesus is the Son of God?”

In God’s browser, the default enables you to triumph, live victoriously and overcome in challenges no matter how tense the matter may be. I believe that you can end that family history of set back, fears, limitations, abuse, divorce, poverty, indecent marital relationships and foundations, poverty and laziness etc by inclining to God’s default browser which enables you to win. For you can now do all things through Christ – DNA default – that strengthens you – Philippians 4:13. For your DNA of triumph is in the blood of the Lamb – Lord Christ Jesus – Amen.

The Blood of The LAMB – The DNA of TRIUMPH

Exodus 12:12-13 “For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD. And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.”

Psalm 105:37-38 “He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes. Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.”

Revelation 12:11 “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”

John 1:29-30 “The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me”

Thanks to God for the blood of the Lamb! The scriptures tell us that the Lamb of God is Jesus Christ. He is, that was slain and who shed His blood for our triumph and victory in life. The blood of Jesus is the grand finale to answer and to deal with all the life affairs that come our way. It is by the blood of the lamb in a figure that the first Church – the Israelites’ – obtained their deliverance from the bondage and rigour of the land of Egypt. There also, they obtained their prosperity as they obtained their deliverance by the blood of the lamb – Psalm 105:37-38; Exodus 12:29-36. The blood of the lamb is the verdict, antidote and onslaught that can end the perpetrated works and activities of satan and cohorts pursuit in the life of all mankind especially in those where demonic sacrifice and dedications have taken root. The blood of the Lamb is the flag bearer, banner and signpost that can thwart, divert and end all the fiery darts and works of the enemy of our joy in our FAITH. The blood of the lamb is the Highway Code and traffic control board to all that wants to get into your life. It indicates red light and diverts all the satanic and cohorts advances and gives green light to all about God concerning you in life and godliness. There is no amber light for stand still; it’s either red to divert or green to welcome in and allow all goodness to go through into your life.

The blood of the Lamb –Christ Jesus – is the DNA of your life of TRIUMPH. Where there is No Blood of Christ – There is No TRIUMPH! For whatever is not of the blood is not of God say the Holy Scriptures. There is power in the blood. The efficacy of the blood is what satan and cohorts can’t fathom. It is the finale cure to his grip on me. The blood has delivered me and set my family free from the grips of satanic bondage. When you daily activate the blood as your default browser, your daily triumph becomes certain. You need to ensure, insure, secure and authenticate the vitality and legality of your life, faith and works of your hand by the blood, if you don’t want the enemy and his cohorts to encroach into all your life plans, purpose and pursuit. The Blood is your DNA of TRIUMPH.

The Efficacious Blood of the LAMB – The Reason for TRIUMPH

HEBREWS 9:11-22 “But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And for this cause he is the mediator of the New Testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance. For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth. Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood. For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you. Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry. And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.”

The Blood of Christ Jesus is EFFICACIOUS! It’s by this act of efficacy that we can boast of triumph. The believer in Christ must come to the understanding that the blood produces – effective and effectual - result no matter the level of the situation and what failures others may have thought of the blood in their human concept. The blood is not just a part of ceremony to be observed religiously as is often done in the act of Holy communion sacrament services but a wonderful tool to live our Faith life on, the FAITH in our Saviour and Lord Christ Jesus, by whom we are victorious and triumphant.

Let’s us now examine some scriptures to authenticate the efficacious and effectual power in the blood of the lamb – Christ Jesus:

1. The Blood is efficacious – Because of its DELIVERANCE Power

Colossians 1:13-14 “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins”.

Exodus 12:7, 12-13 “And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it. . . For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD. And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.”

2. The Blood is efficacious – Because of its REDEEMING Power

1 Peter 1:18-21“Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.”

Galatians 3:13-14“Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.”

3. The Blood is efficacious – Because of Its RECONCILIATORY Power

Ephesians 2:11-19 ” Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God”

2 Corinthians 5:18-19 “And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.”

4. The Blood is efficacious – Because of its TRANSCENDING Power

Revelations 5:9-10 “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.”

Galatians 3:26-29 “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”

5. The Blood is efficacious – Because of its PURCHASING Power

Acts 20:28 “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.”

1 Peter 1:3-5 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”

6. The Blood is efficacious – Because of its EMBOLDENING Power

Hebrews 10:19-20 “Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh”

Hebrews 4:14-16 “Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power (boldness), and of love, and of a sound mind.”

7. The Blood is efficacious – Because of its CLEANSING Power

1 John 1:7-10 “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.”

8. The Blood is efficacious – Because of its ATONING or PACIFYING Power

Romans 3:23-26 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.”

9. The Blood is efficacious – Because of its OVERCOMING Power

Revelation 12:11 “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”

1 John 5:4-5 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?”

10. The Blood is efficacious – Because of its INSPIRATIONAL Power

Revelation 5:9 “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation”

Revelation 5:11-14 “And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.”

The Blood of The Lamb – Is Your FAITH TESTIMONY To Frame & Shape Your World

1 John 5:4-5 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?”

Hebrews 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

Hebrews 11:3 “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”

Romans 10:17 “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

In life we are constantly contending for our FAITH and TESTIMONY with diverse manifestation of the enemy’s craftiness and cunningness in the pursuit of our God given dreams, aspirations and desires. The scriptures of 1 Peter 5:8; 1 Timothy 1:18-19; 1 Timothy 6:12 and 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 indication that we are engaged in life battles and this battle is of the enemy working tirelessly to rob us of the reality of our FAITH and TESTIMONY on the profound work of grace upon our life. Make no mistake, there are problems and challenges in life. For these Jesus assured us to be of good cheer because He has overcome the enemy and the world in its ways of doing life. This is the consciousness we need to live by in our daily life. Jesus has triumphed on our behalf and delivered us in essence while ours is to unlock that deed by faith and live testifying of who we are on what Christ has done.

Galatians 1:3-5 “Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.”

Hebrews 2:14-15 “Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”

John 16:33 “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”

1 Corinthians 15:55-57 “O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

The precious blood of Jesus Christ is authentic and efficacious. We can only experience its true significance and great effect in our life and well being, when we unlock it by FAITH and live to declare its power in our life and situation through our TESTIMONY based upon God’s word as in the bible days - Revelation 12:11 Romans 10:6-10. For this is the way of the victory that overcomes the world as the scriptures said. The victory that overcomes the world satanic and his cohort’s influences is our FAITH on the integrity of the Word of God. This faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God. For by FAITH the worlds are framed – fashioned, put in order, equipped for their intended purposes, prepared, carefully arranged and organised – by the creative act of God’s word – Hebrews 11:3. By the Word of God we shape and fashion our world for His glory and for our goodness.

It is your Faith in the blood of Christ and your Testimony of declaration, proclamation and demonstration of it, is what it becomes to you – 1 Corinthians 2:1-5. An absolute act of Faith on your belief on the blood of Christ brings about triumph in your daily life. Romans 10:6-10 indicates that with our heart (spirit man) we believe and with our mouth declaration of the efficacious power of the blood based on The Word, our SALVATION –healing, deliverance, security, boldness, forgiveness, peace etc – will come. The blood will do as it has always done what the scriptures – our Covenant and Testament – says it will do. Our Faith in what Christ has done is crucial. We need to demonstrate and proclaim our Faith in our daily life for us to experience triumph daily, knowing full well that our enemies are not asleep at all – 1 Corinthians 2:1-5.

FINALLY: The Blood of the lamb . . . The POSITION for Triumph

Philemon 6 “That the communication (DECLARATION, SHARING, PROCLAMATION FELLOWSHIP) of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”

Ephesians 2:6 “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus”.

Beloved, the blood of Christ is the antidote and onslaught to all the problems which affect your wellbeing – spiritual, physical, marital, emotional, financial, moral and mental health etc. Our God wants us to live a triumphant life from the place – POSITION – He has made us reign in power and dominion, that is, of what Christ has done in and for us and not from your SITUATION and CIRCUMSTANCES. Our God will make all things beautiful for your situation when you stay in the position wherein Christ has made you free – Psalm 48:1-2.

The heroes of FAITH in the Hebrews chapter eleven book of the Bible, all overcame and triumphed by their Faith Testimony on the precious blood of the lamb which was slain for their redemption as well as ours from the foundation of the world – Revelation 13:8b “And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him . . . the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” They triumphed by their steadfast – unwavering - faith on the place or position in which their victory came – The blood of the Lamb.

My FAITH TESTIMONY ON THE REDEMPTIVE BLOOD OF CHRIST

Testimony 1 (Victory): “Once there was Teaching SEMINAR going on in the church that I Pastored. At the end of one of the sessions in the evening, a group of us were walking to a nearby suburb. It was a newly built area surrounded by dense woodland.

As we walked we came across 4 men in a car and they told us to stop. One of them drew a pistol and pointed it at us and asked what we had on us. On realising what was going on, I began to confess in my heart, whispering under my breathe, “The blood of Jesus, the blood of Jesus…” At this time, I felt no fear and I just told them that I was a local Pastor. Without a word – they just got into the car and drove off.

The next day we heard that in the same area, men with the same description as those that had attempted to rob us had robbed houses and pedestrians in the same area. A few people had even been killed. It dawned on us how God had delivered us”.

Testimony 2 (Defeat): “Another example of how the use of the blood of Jesus in authority can deliver us is from a time when I was a student. On my way from home to college, I made a stop over in Benin City, Nigeria to get another taxi to the campus. There were four of us in the car. Suddenly an argument ensued between the driver and the passenger behind the driver’s seat and the driver was struck. The other passenger, who was sitting in the front passenger seat, angrily asked the man why he had struck the driver. The attacker turned to this man and said, “How dare you question me. Check your privates!” There was a loud scream as the man checked his privates to discover that there was just skin in their place – he was member-less. I saw this with my own eyes. Unfortunately for me, I had not exercise the authority and power I had in Christ to overcome my situation but instead waited for God to do it for me through Christ without me placing an order. And I lost the opportunity then to manifest the fullness of God in me. As if hypnotised we were all told by this man that I now know to be sorcerer or magician, to use our right hands to circle the top of our heads in the form of a halo. We did this and then he gave each of us a brown envelope to put our money inside and gave them back to us. I got off the taxi when I arrived in school, only to find 3 pieces of envelope had replaced my college fees and spending money. It was a challenging semester but God saw me through and I was blessed with all finances that I needed”.

Testimony 3 (Triumph): “On my way back on holiday, I made a stop over in Benin City yet again. When I got into this other taxi, there were 3 other passengers. As we were moving, the driver spat out of his window and as if by magic his spit travelled out of the vehicle and came in through the back passenger window and landed on a man’s shoulder. His reflex was to strike the driver as he was sitting behind the driver. At this point I started pleading the blood of Jesus. An argument followed and just as I had seen before, the other passenger asked why the driver had been hit. At this point I took control. I told the driver to stop and he obliged. I got off, took my luggage out and took my money out to make sure that it was all in. It was and I left.

I had taken charge of the situation using the authority of the blood of Jesus. I was no longer a victim – I was a victor. I exercised the power in the blood by pleading the blood of Jesus. This was all because I had learnt how to use the blood of Jesus to be delivered from a situation like this”.

I can give you countless FAITH TESTIMONIES of triumph and victories that I have experienced in the presence of God the Father in life and in ministry. More of these will be in the up coming Digest on the Power of the Cross at Golgotha, this Easter by the grace of God. You can actualise this act of Faith and testimony to triumph in life by adhering to these undermentioned scriptural truths as in 1 Peter 5:7-10; 1 John 5:4-5 and Philemon 6.

1. By casting all (not some) your cares and worries on God.

2. By acknowledging there is an enemy and whose intentions are to work against your FAITH TESTIMONY in order to get to your FINANCES, HEALTH, FAMILY, CAREER, BUSINESS, MINISTRY etc.

3. By acknowledging your victory in what Christ is done in and for all including you.

4. By taking a bold and steadfast resistance in Faith Testimony (declaration) on the blood of Jesus Christ.

5. By giving thanks to God always for all things in Christ Jesus.

Dearly beloved, this is your month to daily eliminate the enemy of your Faith and Testimony in Christ Jesus. Stand tall in the POSITION wherein Christ has made you free and reign triumphantly in all that pertains to life and godliness. Have a great and wonder working month, full of great testimonies because of the blood of the lamb – Christ Jesus – Amen.

Reigning In Life Through AGAPE Love

- Achievers Course To Be ‘A More Than CONQUERORS’ -

Romans 5:17 ‘’For if by one man’s offense death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall REIGN IN LIFE by one, Jesus Christ.)’’

Galatians 5:6 “For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but Faith which worketh by Love.”

Shalom! Kingdom greetings!! I gracefully welcome you into this month of LOVE and LIFE in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, praying that His grace, peace, love and mercy might take hold of you with all things under your feet according to the Holy Scriptures, amen. I hope that in this month – FEBRUARY 2010 - where many are crazy for the VALENTINE kind of love that is temporal and passes away without an eternal effect in their life, you will be overwhelmed by God’s kind of Love - AGAPE – that is eternal and permanent to affect your life in every perspective - 2Corinthian 4:18. And by his agape kind of love, you will do life and have the might and reason to celebrate God, reigning and doing life triumphantly on a daily basis by FAITH and with all things under your control by Christ Jesus, in the fullness of His grace towards you. Amen.

AFD FEBRUARY 2010 Edition

To some, the year – 2010 – is still young and tender, while some on the other hand are waiting for some special news or announcement to be made by an accorded Business tycoon, Political guru, Financial and Economic titan, a Religious magician, an Absolute leader – you name it – to enable them know how to pilot their life in the dawn year.

At the moment of drafting this – February 2010 Edition – another of the ‘World Economic Forum’ – DAVOS 2010’ was having major economic plans to shape the world economy in Switzerland, and in attendance are major FINANCE MINISTERS of nations. Most nations in attendance will leave that convention with an economic ideology that will formulate their national economy which invariably will have an impact on all nationwide and probably in a collective sense globally. Based on that, business entrepreneurs, career negotiators, financial institutions, political leaders, family institutions, ordinary individuals and others will begin to chart the pathway to their wellbeing in the year. Does that relate to you today! Have you thought, that you are about to step into another month without accounting for the month just ending. It’s for this cause, that the Achievers’ FAITH Digest is being made available for your enthronement –Doing Life Triumphantly.

Beloved, in my New Year ‘January 2010 edition’, I did acclaim to us that it’s a year of “A More Than Conqueror”. This means that it’s a year in which you can do life triumphantly as God’s children in every circumstance, just as Joshua experiences with God from the time He was told of God in Joshua 1:1-9. But this act of experiences is a matter of choice for the people of God. God gives His people His WORD(s) of Life, it is His people’s obligation to do life with those words as others have done and experienced in the bible days as seen again in the Apostles acts of accomplishment by the word given to them in Mark 16:16-20. Our God will not enforce His will on us but He loves His people to obediently and willingly put their Faith upon His Word in order for them to receive His goodness – Isaiah 1:19; 1 Cor. 1:9. Know full well that colourful living and doing life in Christ Jesus is a choice to be made in an individual basis. And this can only be enhanced and demonstrated by FAITH through the avenue of genuine bible love – AGAPE – the God kind of love.

Receive – Inspiration, Revelation & Empowerment

Romans 1:11 ‘’For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be ESTABLISHED’’

2 Chronicle 20:20 ‘’ . . . Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his PROPHETS, so shall ye PROSPER’’

Hosea 12:13 ‘’And by a PROPHET the LORD brought Israel OUT OF EGYPT, and by a PROPHET was he PRESERVED’’

Dearly beloved Achiever, I am constrained in my spirit by the reason of the grace given to me by the Lord in this edition to help awaken the consciousness of God that is already in you so that by it, you can triumphantly reign in life today. I mean the God kind of consciousness that was imparted into your spirit or subconscious-man in Faith by the reason of being born of God in Christ Jesus.

God’s intention through the ministry gifting of His called servant as indicated in the examples found in the Holy writ of Romans 1:11, 2 Chronicle 20:20 and Hosea 12:13; is that you might find reasons to live and enjoy the fullness of what Christ has done in you, for you and by identification with you.

I hereby proclaim that it’s high time God’s children woke up and fully arose to the God given mandate and consciousness for a daily inspiration, revelation and empowerment in order to triumphantly reign in life. This will enable us to deal with the daily affairs of life and also to become and achieve what you are born to be in Christ. Many believers put their value of INSPIRATION, REVELATION AND EMPOWERMENT in what they have in their possessions – Job, position, family, finance, material wealth etc – that if any of it is temporarily or permanently tempered with, their world would crash as if that is their LIFE, which contravenes their Faith as in the scripture – Luke 12:15 “ And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s LIFE consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.”

For when you live in God’s consciousness you get inspirations, you receive revelations and empowerment to fulfil your God given duty in life as to – family, business, career, leadership and many others (name it). ‘’When you are inspired (by God’s consciousness), you will aspire and will not expire. When you live by revelation knowledge you will make wise decisions, not foolish or costly mistakes with unforgiveable, unforgettable regrets. When you are empowered by impartation of God’s grace, you will make an impact in life and live a sweat-less and stress-less lifestyle’’.

Triumphant reigning in life is the consciousness of God’s grace upon our life as a result of inspiration, revelation and empowerment we daily receive in Christ to accomplish the plans, purpose of God we seek to pursue in our life.

Triumphant Reign – Accorded To Everyone And In Every Place

2 Corinthians 2:14 ‘’Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to TRIUMPH in Christ, and maketh manifest the savor of his knowledge by us IN EVERY PLACE’’

Romans 5:17 ‘’For if by one man’s offense death reigned by one; much more THEY which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall REIGN in LIFE by one, Jesus Christ.)’’

2 Corinthians 2:14 and Romans 5:17 indicate that there is a place of triumph and a place to reign in life for every child of God irrespective of gender, race and generation. And this is a place all of us most come into: a place of full grace experience and God’s consciousness to enable us to actualise our God given rights and privileges in the kingdom, as in the scriptures.

To triumph is a feeling, condition and state of great happiness as a result of being victorious, having a major achievement and success in an endeavour of life. While to Reign indicates to be and hold a position of sovereignty, dominate and being in control. The life of triumph and to reign is what Christ has done for us and in us that is why we don’t just come to give our life to Christ but to have Christ in our life. We lost our place of reign and triumphant in Adam but find it in Christ. It’s not a state of the mind but life reality for all God’s children born into the kingdom to fully actualise in them if they must live above the rudiments and detects of this worldly control system.

This is not an ‘if’ condition or a place to experience or enter when we get to heaven or in the next millennium, but a call for today, even now. We are called of God to reign in life on earth by Christ Jesus – every one that has received the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness – Romans 5:17. The Church in the wilderness (Old Testament) led by Moses was a kingdom based on condition ‘if’ before they could reign as royals – Exodus 19:5-7. Unlike Moses kind of Church, the Church of the New Testament led by Christ is not with an ‘if’ condition, but based on the done work of Christ Jesus our Lord. We are made into it. We are engrafted into it as a result of being born of God – 1Peter 2:9, Revelation 1:5-6; 5:9-10; 1 John 5:4-5. Yours is to claim it by faith, lay hold of it and live in the consciousness, that, it does not depend on your effort but on the done work of Christ in every place of life and for all things of life.

Diverse Kinds of Life – A Personal choice to make

Romans 5:17 ‘’For if by one man’s offense death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)’’

James 3:14-15 ‘’ But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from ABOVE, but is EARTHY, SENSUAL, DEVILISH. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from ABOVE is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy’’

The scriptures in Romans 5:17 and Revelation 5:9-10 indicate that we have been made (note that it has already happened) and empowered to reign in Life. What sort of life? Besides, is that true, real or one of those Bible statements of faith – one may ask? Whatever question it is, one thing is very sure and that is, the act of doing life is real and real to all man born under the sun. God wants us to reign in life, but what kind of life and how can one reign in life with all the credit crunch and world economy meltdown, stale and pains in virtually all family under the sun you may ask. It all depends on the kind or nature of life you are living.

There are four major ‘Greek’ translated word for ‘Life’ I want us to consider three of them, probably that will help you weigh in your spirit man – subconscious person - what kind of life you’ve been living and how to consider what is expected of you to make you reign in life in all things and over all circumstances as an achiever in Christ Jesus. I know this by reason of grace in the Lord, will help you to tend towards God and will also enable and empower you to reign in life.

· Zoe (Grk) – The God kind of life

John 10:10 ‘’The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly’’

1 John 5:11-12 ‘’And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son; He that hath the Son hath life: and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life’’

2 Corinthians 4:10-11 ‘’Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh‘’

The Zoe Life – God kind of life - speaks of the nature and person of God. The kind of life that God offers, embedded in us through Christ Jesus when we are born into the kingdom which will invariably affect the way we speak, what we say, how we act and how we do things, view things and conclude on things. The way we make choices and decisions in life depend on this God given kind of life if we must actual reign in life. It is the life in the realm of the Spirit – empowered Spirit of God. This is the life that you receive – eternal life – when you get born of God, it is the consciousness of what you have received and have in Christ that set a new pedestal for your lifestyle in the kingdom. This life is base on inspiration, revelation and empowerment knowledge of God.

Psuche (Grk) – The Soulish (sense) Kind of life

Hebrews 5:14 ‘’But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil’’

Romans 12:1-2 ‘’I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God’’

Romans 8:5-9 ‘’For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his’’

The Psuche life – Soulish kind of life – is the life that is lived within the five senses of man – Feeling or Touching, Taste, Hearing, Seeing and smelling. This is a kind of life based on sense knowledge which sometimes constrains us to a laboratory and scientific test and some gimmicks approval for it to be live by. This is the life that multitudes want to live on and still expect God to bless it. Hence the scriptures indicate how much we need to have our senses sensitizes by the word of God if we may find the chance of obtaining God’s will to enhance us reigning in life as in Romans12:1-2, Hebrews 5:14 and Romans 8:5-9.

The life of the senses is the life that is completely ruled by our emotions, circumstances and detects of our environment. Here carnality operates, we walk by sight as the Holy writ says and those in this realm can’t please God and can’t reign in life by God. Those who live by sense knowledge are people who live by the direction of their mind, their intellect, their emotion – the human or natural influence. God wants us to have a sanctified, transformed and renewed mind which permits His word to enable us to reign in life.

Bioe or Bios (Grk) – The Biological kind of life

Acts 17:22-29 ‘’Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars’ hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious. For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwells not in temples made with hands; Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device’’

James 3:15 ‘’But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from ABOVE, but is EARTHY, SENSUAL, DEVILISH. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from ABOVE is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy’’

The Bioe or Bios – Biological life – speaks of livelihood or manner of life or behaviour. There are lots of people today who by the way they live, just exist rather than having and enjoying a life at all. Their life can be equated to the life of plants, animals or other created creatures. The Bioe life is a life built on mere human existence with their sub consciousness and soul –mind, emotion etc – not being involved in making decisions in their day to day activities.

In this realm of biological kind of life, anything comes and anything goes with no value attached to it. It’s for this reason of a mere life as Bioe that makes people not to have instincts of God but seek other means of living life as in idolatry, magic, necromancy, etc since they can’t fathom God. In life, even in Church life also, people are being modelled on how to live, talk, behave, answer questions, and make decisions without individual wills involvement. How can such a person reign in life? Know today that a mere ‘manner of life or behaviour in life’ doesn’t determine a man’s destiny but eternal life – God kind of life – in a person is what determines his destiny.

This biological kind of life is where people equate their life to that of their pet. I have heard people say how they have more faith in their pet than in their spouse. As unbelievable as this may sound, it happens.

You’re Redeemed – To Reign as Royal

Revelation 5:9-10 ’’And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth’’

Revelation 1:5-6 ‘’And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen’’

1 Peter 2:9-10 ’’ But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy’’

Beloved Achiever, what we lost in Adam, Christ has restored back to us in redemption. The scriptures in Revelation 5:9-10, Revelation 1:5-6 and 1 Peter 2:9-10 like many others indicate absolutely that we have been redeemed and made to reign as royals. This is not an act of revolution, it’s not refurbishment or renewal; this is the REDEMPTIVE act of God in Christ Jesus our Lord and Saviour. A complete transformation or translation as a result of what God has done in Christ - Colossians 1:13-14; Galatians 3:13-14).

The believer is redeemed to reign as royal; born into the kingdom of king-hood and priesthood, crowned with royalty mandate. God’s intention is for us to reign on earth. Kings reign in authority and dominion – not as overlords on people – but over life challenges, circumstances, principalities and powers and over the domains of satan and his cohort that intend to resist the eternal plans and purposes of God for our wellbeing and comforts. Reigning to set the captives free and all those whose lives are oppressed and in bondage not only by demons but also in their minds – ruled and controlled against their will by their thought life.

This spirit of grace given to us to reign in life is not wishful thinking or a mere ideology but a true reality of what God has promised and has done in Christ Jesus for us to celebrate and live on in this life. If you know this and live in the consciousness of God’s grace and the gift of righteousness, you will be able to reign over all things that have limited you and rob you of becoming what God has made you to be – REIGN IN LIFE AS ROYAL!

When kings reign, all things are brought under control and under obedience to Christ. Its time to arise by faith in Christ and put an end to all the fear-alleluia, poverty-alleluia, sickness-alleluia and complain-alleluia which you may not be saying or confessing, but may be acting - knowingly or unknowingly. And this attitude can have an adverse effect, thereby affecting your life goals and pursuits. Know full well and be engross that you are redeemed to reign in life as royal, begin it today and start to live in it now - Hebrews 3:15.

You’re Empowered – To Reign in Life

2 Peter 1:1-4 ‘’ . . . to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Savior Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust’.

John 1:12 ‘’But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name’’

Ephesians 1:19-22 ‘’And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all’’

The scriptures above show that we have been empowered graciously to reign in life over all things, all flesh and circumstances that have limited us. Kingdom achievers’ are empowered by the grace of God to deal with life victoriously and triumphantly in every place – not only in some areas or places– of their life. It’s irrelevant what or how people feel or think about it, God’s word cannot be bound. It’s irrevocable and it’s authentic even as it is written in the Holy writ.

You are empowered, therefore arise, go to the mirror if you have one and speak into your being what God has made you to be and begin to reign with the God kind of life - Zoe. The scriptures say that we shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ - Rom. 5:17. It’s for you to take your place in Christ. It’s a choice; you are the one who determines the pace of your life and not God. You take your place and reign or merely talk it, assume it and not actualising it, letting the events of life take their course against you. This is what Adam did to let the devil take charge and we all have to pay the price of one man not taking His place in God.

Romans 5:1-2, 17, 21 ‘’Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God . . . For if by one man’s offense death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) . . . That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord’’

2 Corinthians 5:21 ‘’For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him’’

2 Corinthians 2:14 ‘’Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savor of his knowledge by us in every place’’

In these three scriptures above, we can deduce two principal empowerments bestowed upon all who have received - born into - Christ and Christ into them to make them reign in life:

The Abundance of grace and
The Gift of righteousness

These ingredients are already engrafted and embedded into our life when we were born of God – received Christ as our personal Lord and Saviour. God extended His life – Zoe, eternal life, the unlimited life – to our limited life so that we can live and reign in life by Christ Jesus. We lost it in Eden, we can live on it today – It is a fully paid bill by our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen. You can live guilty free and stand boldly before the lord without shame, inferiority complex or fear in your daily life schedule - Hebrew 4:14-16

Hear this, when you make an effort to appropriate the God kind of life – Zoe - and live with that consciousness, an ability to reign in life becomes natural. This will enable you to dominate all that has hindered you in making all things become possible. You can then be able to reign in life as undermentioned:

· Express genuine Love and Faith.
· Operate in revelation knowledge, understanding and wisdom
· Walk in integrity and prudence
· Live in righteousness, Holiness and sanctification
· Make sacrifice of Consecration and commitment
· Practice a life style of giving and receiving
· Live in Hope and complete assurance of God’s ability.
· Live in Patience, endurance and temperance
· Triumph over every trials and temptations
· Overcome acts of sinful living and such-like
· Overcome the habitual anger and bitterness
· Overcome the detects of satan, demonic powers and principalities
· Overcome unsanctified thoughts and imagination that works – in and through -our minds
· . . . and in many other kingdom life demands

The Vitality of – Reigning Through Agape-LOVE

1 Corinthians 13:13 “And now abideth Faith, Hope, Charity (LOVE), these three; but the greatest of these is charity (Love).”

As we examine the vitality and essence of reigning in life through Love, what comes to mind is the place of Faith in the expression of love. By Faith we take a stand to live in all areas of our lives, yet the Bible says that it takes love to ensure that our faith for living is efficient – effectual and effective. Being efficient – effectual - is to do things well; while being effective is to do the right things well and produce results, that is, to bring forth fruit in due season according to the working of God.

Reigning in life triumphantly by an act of love affects every aspect of our Faith life in Christ Jesus. Whether it be in your career and business development, family life, personal growth and development which may be spiritual or physical, raising godly children in a turbulent world, overcoming financial setbacks, strengthening and restoring broken relationships. Also in reaching out to the hurt, wounded and unloved, pursuing a journey to restore and obtain favour with God and many others, as befit your yearnings and aspirations. Knowing full well that in Christ Jesus as an Achiever what is vital and prominent is not just about who you are – circumcised or uncircumcised - but how you reign to become who you are – Faith working through Love.

Three Vital Elements of our LIFE: Hope, Faith and Love.

1Corinthians 13:13 “And now abideth Faith, Hope, Charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.”

The above scripture helps to indicate three vital elements that give worth to life which just as they are spiritual are legal and vital to the achievers’ lifestyle of living triumphantly. They are hope, faith and love.

HOPE – Sets life goals
FAITH – Brings life set goals to pass.
LOVE – Lubricates and sustains and strengthens our hope and faith to make life worth living.

These ingredients that make life worth living are so vital if we must have lively achievers’ wellbeing. However, in this edition we will be considering just two of them – faith and love. Seeing how vital they are and how they work together in making us become what we are born to be and in achieving our set goals and aspirations in life.

The Vitality of Faith

Galatians 5:6 “For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but Faith which worketh by Love.”

Hebrews11:6 “But without Faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

Romans 14:23 “And he that doubteth is damned if he eats, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.”

Ephesians 2:8 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:”

I have come to know in life and in the course of my pastoral responsibility that people everywhere who live with unfulfilled life dreams could end up in frustration and destruction watching their aspirations, hopes and faith being shattered. It’s horrible and painful to see people earnest desire dreams and destiny come to delusion.

For these the Bible has great input to say about the vitality of our FAITH if we must achieve our goals in life and become what we ought to be. Let’s consider these scriptures then:-

Hebrews 11:6 – says that you cannot Please God without Faith. (Deut 32:20, Luke 18:8)

Romans 14:23 – Says that anything Done without Faith is sin.

2Corinthians 5:7 – Says that we Walk by Faith and not by sight.

Habakkuk 2:4 – Says that the just shall Live by Faith

Ephesians 2:8 - Says that by Faith we are Saved by God’s grace.

Testimonies of countless people healed by our Lord Jesus Christ were as a result of their Faith. Luke 7:9; Matthew 9:29; Matthew 5:28 etc.

FAITH is spiritual, legal and vital to our Christian walk and is important in becoming that which God intended us to be. Faith is of God. It is a product of the Spirit and comes from the Word of God - John 6:63; Romans 10:17. Meaning that FAITH can come and go when attention is not given to generate and sustain it through the Word of God. There is no single being that has walked on the face of the earth with meaningful and achievable kingdom results that has nothing to show from a life of Faith. The reason is because Faith is the Victory by which life warfare can be overcome in every level of life - 1John 5:4-5. Faith is bringing the unseen to the seen – 2 Cor. 4:13, 18

We can therefore sum up the vitality of faith by the scriptural truth of Hebrews chapter eleven.

Vs 1- Faith gives substance(flesh) to our hopes and aspirations

Vs 1 – Faith is evidence – legal tender, assurance and confidence.

Vs 3 – Faith gives understanding

Vs 4 – Faith offers an excellent and better sacrifice.

Vs 5 – Faith translates and transfigures.

Vs 6 – Faith pleases God.

Vs 7 – Faith gives warning of coming danger

Vs 8 – Faith receives an inheritance.

Vs 9 - Faith gives or creates patience

Vs 11 - Faith gives strength.

Vs 12 – 40 – Faith produces and makes the heroes of faith.

Yet as vital and as this essence of Faith is, it’s not workable says the Word of God except it allows LOVE to be the main stream or river course in which it flows and operate to achieve life goals.

The Vitality of Love

1 John 5:1–5 “Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that Loveth him that begat Loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we Love the children of God, when we Love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the Love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our Faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?”

Romans 5:5, 8 “And hope maketh not ashamed; because the Love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. . . But God commendeth his Love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Rev 2:4 “Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first Love.”

1 John 4:7–10 “Beloved, let us Love one another: for Love is of God; and every one that Loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that Loveth not knoweth not God; for God is Love. In this was manifested the Love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is Love, not that we Loved God, but that he Loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”

Just like Faith, Love is a product of the Spirit. God is love. God is a Spirit and those who worship Him do it in Spirit and in Truth; Love is of the Spirit. Genuine Bible love is spiritual not natural. Neither is it devilish nor creation of man. God is love and anyone whose intention is to know, understand and manifest a genuine kind of love needs to connect to God’s DNA of love.

Love is an attitude, a deliberate choice, an exercise of the will, a choice of life and is not a feeling, it is an expression of the nature of God. God is love - 1 John 4:7–10. Let’s consider love in diversity for a clearer understanding of the kind of love being implied in this edition

There are three kinds of love:

Phileo Grk (of the soul) - Love relationship in family - between parent and child. The Family kind of love. It means to be fond of; it is based on feelings and not on principle. It’s never used of man’s love to or for God. This is human or natural kind of love. Deuteronomy 6:4-9; Genesis 8:19;Ephesians 6:4; Colossians 3:21. This kind of love is however essential and crucial for a family wellbein
Eros Grk (of the Physical body) - Sexual love; purely reserved for the married – within the bond of marriage. It’s neither for fornication nor adultery. Lust and immoral desires have gotten some into it. Heb 13:4
Agape Grk (of the spirit) - God kind of love; unconditional, limitless, divine, spiritual. It transcends race, gender, generation, culture, family, physical, personal (self) etc. 1 Corinthians 13. Agape love even helps to ensure, strengthen and maintain the Phileo and Eros kind of love in all life endeavours. Agape love is based on principle – be it towards things or people.

Note: The Phileo or Eros kinds of Love need to be controlled by Agape kind of love or else it will hinder our fellowship with God and leads to sin. E.g. Eros – 1 Cor. 7:5; Phileo – 1 Samuel 2:22-36.

Love is a fruit and not a gift. Fruits are grown while gifts are imparted. Genuine Bible love – Agape - is born and is a product of the Spirit. Considering our subject of discussion, let us come to the light in examining some characteristics of Agape kind of love as vital to enhance the working of Faith.

John 3:16 - Love gives power of initiative, is a giver, sacrificial.

James 2:8 – Love is the royal law for the redeemed who are a royal priesthood – kings & priests unto God

Romans 13:8, 10 - Love works no ill to self or others and it’s the fulfilment of all God’s commands.

Romans 12:9 –11; Philippians 2:3-4 - There is no hypocrisy or dissemination in love. It sees people through in life and not through people

John 4:17–18 - No fear in love.

1 Corinthians 13:13 - Love is the greatest gift in ranking.

1 Peter 4:7–9 - Love is the end of all commandments and above all things.

Col 3:12–14 - Love is above all things.

1 Corinthians 2:31 – 13:1-13 – Love is the excellent way to enhance spiritual gifts

Galatians 6:1; John 8:1-11; John 4 – Love restores the weak ones back to Faith not an accuser

1 Corinthians 12:31 – The most excellent way to excel and have overflowing life.

John 15:13 – Love is considerate.

1 Corinthians 13 – Love is patient, kind, not boastful or arrogant, not selfish and keeps record of no wrong.

Psalm 119:165 - Love forgives and does not offend.

1 Corinthians 8:1–3 - Love edifies and builds.

Proverbs 10:12, 1 Peter 4:8, John 3:16 – Love overlooks a multitude of sins

. . . And many more in searching the scriptures.

Your regard, respect and value for Love determines how you reign in it and the virtues that get back to your life. When one walks in love one is then prepared to live through life as God’s instrument of grace on the pathway to achieve and become.

Love is the hallmark of the New Testament Christian Faith for any great achiever or one intending to become such in God. Hence its vitality was strongly Commanded – not an advice – by our Lord Jesus Christ as in

John 13:34–35 “A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.”

And upon this unity of purpose born from the spirit of love that God’s commanded blessings are made manifest in believers life and ministry as expressed in -

Psalm 133 “. . . Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.”

Christ Jesus – Reigned as the son of Man on Earth

Acts 2:22 ‘’Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know’’

John 13:1-3 “Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.”

Hebrew 5:7-10 ’’Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Called of God a high priest after the order of Melchizedek’’

Dearly Beloved Achiever, Year 2010 is here already. God wants you to triumph and reign in life through love. The days of mere wishful way of existence to deal with the affairs of life is over for all those who are born of God and want to let the word of God have a root in them. We live in challenging times and every child of God must as a matter of reality live by what they are made to be in order to authenticate their faith in God – made to be kings and priests.

You need to take your stand in Christ in that which affects and opposes your faith to enable you to triumphantly reign in life through love in matters of - business entrepreneurship, marital relationship, career instability, general life relationship, health, finance, you just name it – This becomes the key over all that have limited you and questioned the integrity of your Faith in God.

Our Lord Jesus Christ, in the days of his life in the flesh – humanity “as son of man” – reigned in life through Love by the abundance of all things as supplied of the Father God towards him even as we have received of Him. He reigned and dominated principalities and powers, overcame temptations and trials, uprooted bitterness, envy and every works of the flesh as depicted in Galatians 5:19-21 etc. His love knows no bounds hence He reigned in life on earth in His humanity in the midst of all odds. He had a choice to either give in or be in charge and in control, and He chose to reign that He might give us an assurance of hope and to let us know that it’s all possible again to reign in life on earth until He comes to have us home – 1 John 4:17. For as a son of man in humanity, He reigns triumphantly in life through love in this wise undermentioned:

* Over all flesh – John 17:1-2
*Over Temptations and trials - Matthew 4:1- 11; Luke 4:1-13
*Over all things – Philippians 2:21-22; John 14:30
*Over principalities and powers – Ephesians 1:20-22; John 14:30
* Over the detects of hell and death – Rev. 1:18-19; Heb. 2:14-15
*With all authority and powers – Matt. 28:18
* Over all the works of the flesh – Galatians 5:19-21; John 14:30
* . . . And many over’s as in the Holy writ.

Let’s arise, put an end to living in our own strength and skills and on life that is based on our intellect. Let’s begin to live life to the full, taking charge and reigning in life as a triumphant, victorious and more than a conqueror people of God and not as cowards (not spoken but acted). Human life is limited, is more than a mere accumulation of wealth or being physically strong. You can’t measure God’s endowment with physical prosperity. Let’s begin to exercise ourselves unto the Zoe kind of life and Agape kind of Love we shall live well on this side of heaven and here after.

Luke 12:15 ‘’And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth’’

1 Timothy 4:7-8 ‘’But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come’’

GRAND FINALE: Agape-Love & Faith In Triumph

Galatians 5:6 “For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but Faith which worketh by Love.”

Ephesians 3:17, 19 “That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, . . . And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.”

Ephesians 4:1 – 3 “I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”

Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is LOVE, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, FAITH, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law”

Faith and Love are an expression of obedience to God. Obeying God is as a result of the revelation knowledge of God and His Word. It is not dogmatic or an act of religious know-how, tradition and conscience of any source. Faith and Love are both fruit of the Spirit.

Verse 17 and 19 of Ephesians 3 shows that our faith should be rooted and grounded (established) in the love of Christ. Matt 5:23–26 (for illustration)

Ephesians 4:1–3 indicates that if we must love, we need to make an effort. Make everything possible to love to enable our faith in God to be effective and effectual – efficient. To love is to be gentle and humble – complete humility and patience in bearing with each other as a way to love.

Galatians 5:6 indicates that in Christ Jesus nothing has value except Faith expressing itself in Love. Faith works by love when we take God’s Word as it is without argument. This we can see in the following biblical expressions and hallmark of Love:

Faith is the hand – legal tender – that takes the things we need from God and delivers them into our hand. Everything that Jesus purchased (Redeemed) for us on Calvary can be obtained by FAITH (Eph.1:3; 2 Pet. 1:3-5; Col. 1:13-14; John 10:0; 3John 2 etc.). Faith is acting corresponding to the Word of God – Belief in Action

One of the reasons why FAITH is not working for some of the Believing Achievers as they lay claim to be people of Faith is simply because they do not have understanding of what the Word of God says – Faith that works by Love. This is what will measure up to all of the principles and stands set down in the Word of God. When we are Love-conscious and not Sin-conscious, our Faith will bring us to our place of triumph to reign in life.

Rev 2:1 – 7 “. . .Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love”.

Mark 11:20-24 “And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them”.

Beloved you are destined not only to have good success and triumphantly reign but to become in life as an ACHIEVER through love. We can deduce from the foregone illustrations that in our exercising of Faith through our natural instinct or as a fruit or spiritual gift – we need the element of love to authenticate its viability to make life worth living. This will bring forth the desire you long for and anticipated for your spouse, children, parents, family members, in-laws, relationship, your neighbour, career, business, friendship, church etc.

I therefore urge you to create a desire that enables love to enhance your faith. This becomes the pathway to all the open doors that you desire. Love is the mother of unity and unity receives and enhances blessings from the Lord – Psalm 133; Matthew 5:23-25. I therefore present you the biblical FOOD FOR THOUGHT as to:

Where is your faith LIFE? Luke 18:8; Deut 32:20; 2 Thess 3:12
Where is your love LIFE? Rev 2:4, Galatians 6:5

Faith and Love produce an effectual and effective achievers’ life. There is a promise of grace for all who operate under God or in God’s name through the urgency of LOVE in their Faith endeavours.

I pray that God will give you understanding and revelation knowledge. And I therefore make bold to say that the excellent way to be effective and effectual in life, ministry, family, relationship, career etc is by our FAITH working through the pin-hole of LOVE

I sincerely pray for you that in this month wherein most people are considering and marking Valentine’s day in various ways, God will awaken your spirit by this FEBRUARY EDITION so that you can begin to reign in life in full by God’s kind of love -Agape. Your prosperity is very certain and is today, this day; this month can be the beginning of the beginning. Desiring for you, God’s grace and abundant blessings in all you do through the month, amen.

2010 “A MORE THAN CONQUERORS” YEAR

An awesome, Amazing and Majestic Year of Opportunities & Surprises

Psalms 65:11 “Thou crowns the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness”.

Psalms 118:24 “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Romans 8:35-39 “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Hurrah! Hallelujah!! Hosanna!!! Blessed be the name of the Lord! It’s the dawn of a brand new year 2010. Shalom & kingdom greetings! Grace, love and mercy be to you in the triumphant, precious and redeeming name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen.

I can’t thank God enough for you and many others who have been recipients of the Achievers’ FAITH Digest (AFD) through the grace given to me in this kingdom assignment. Thanks also go to many which has made lost of useful constructive suggestions and other useful contributions to keep the kingdom mandate steady, constant and consistently overwhelming, dynamic and charismatic with great insight and foresight of Inspiration, revelation and empowerment. Much more thanks to God our Father the incomparable and uncommon Achiever, for the grace that He has bestowed to us and the enabling grace into this precious year 2010 after all the battles of the decade that has just gone with all the calamities of 2009 even to the last week and day of the year.

YEAR 2010

To some it’s normal to see 2010 dawn before them – but for those with knowledge, it’s by the grace of God. When you consider all the pains, trials and turbulent life experiences that have taken hold of our world in this past decade ending with 2009: The economic crunch and meltdown, business magnate and tycoon closures, unpredictable job losses, marital and relationship breakdown, various forms of natural disasters, domestic and regional unrest and terrorist terrorism and the arising of various new sicknesses and disease epidemics, political and climate instability and many others. There is a great need to thank God continuously for you being alive to make amends for a better tomorrow.

Prophetic Declaration

Isaiah 60:1-3 “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising”.

Psalm 36:9 “They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.”

Proverbs 4:18 “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”

Isaiah 60:19-20 “The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory. Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended”.

2 Peter 1:19 “We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the DAY STAR arise in your hearts:”

Matt 2:1-2 “Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen His star in the east, and are come to worship him”.

When you skip through the various channels on TV, radio stations, go through the World Wide Web – all the news, discussions, debates, comments that you hear are opinions on the way the world and national economy, politics and even the climatic condition or prediction will go as we turn into this decade beginning with year 2010. Some of the analyses are negative, while some with both negative and positive connotations and others with undecided conclusions.

People tend to lean towards these debates and declarations of their leaders in government, business, employers and financial statements of fact through the various media and analyst, while others might lean towards the dictates of family circumstances, natural laws and dictates of colleagues or self made intuitions. But the Holy Scriptures enjoined us to attend to God’s word and incline our ears to His sayings, because they are Life and health - medicine -to our destiny – Proverbs 4:20-22 “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.”

Beloved, hear the Word of the Lord. There may be ‘facts’ to prove how our circumstances will turn out – the good Lord wants you to ARISE and SHINE for your light is come to shine in the midst of the darkness that has befallen the world. For this is the year 2010, and each day that the Lord has made for you to arise, shine and celebrate – be glad in it. Enter the year 2010 with gladness no matter the darkness you tend to see or the enemy of our faith tend to remind you of, in the events of last decade which is behind you and not before you.

The word of the Lord came to me saying – “Say to my people, as the wise men saw the star of Christ to guard and guide them, so shall my people be led to their place of salvation by my Spirit. That as every star above in the sky shines, so shall every one of my people shine in the midst of the confusion in this world. For the light is superior to darkness, so shall they reign supreme for the daystar is come in their hearts to cause them to shine and glory in the Lord – Therefore, ARISE, SHINE and walk in the path of the daystar – the Word – to lighten you up as a star. For I the Lord am the fountain of life and in my light you will find the true light that will guide to your destiny and places of rest”

Beloved, your response by faith to the negatives and facts you see and hear determines how much of God’s word you will walk in and how the Lord can crown the year 2010 for your good as you serve Him in spirit and in truth. Triumph and victory is available to you if you incline your ear to the saying of the Lord for the year 2010. Crowning the New Year with goodness is God’s plan, therefore ARISE and SHINE.

Year 2010 – “A More Than Conquerors” Year!

2 Corinthian 2:14“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.”

The scriptures of Romans 8: 35-38 sums up the event of the last decade ending with year 2009. When you section the scriptures by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, you will discover to recover that all aspects of life troubles and happenings and their resultant as we witness in the past decade in terms of – Physical, social, emotional, spiritual, mental, financial, security, natural disasters etc are all summed up in that verse. And this is true to an individual or to a family or a nation.

And these life challenges in Romans 8:35-39 are the things that have made many to give up their faith in God and some tendency to either believe the mere fact of life rather than the truth that the scripture offers us in Christ Jesus our Lord and saviour. The scripture in context is not questioning about Christ loving us madly and ravishing His glory upon us but question is directed towards and about us loving Christ. It is a call for us to be able to see life through the mirror of what Christ’s love has made us become so that we can be able to turn tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, wars etc inside out as in the scripture.

When you walk into year 2010 with the concept that God has made you through Christ - MORE THAN A CONQUEROR – you will not let what will come your way as in 2009 determine your destiny and your daily joy. Because God has said you are more than conquerors and you are made to triumph not just in one place or situation but in every single place or situation that comes your way. For success is failure turn inside out. That means you determine the atmosphere you want to enjoy as a thermostat and not a thermometer. God is in the know to perfect and complete all that concerns you – Philippians 1:6

Beloved, year 2010 is a year of awesome, amazing and majestic opportunities and surprises for all God’s people. You need to brace up your faith, get set to ride on the great opportunities and majestic surprises the Lord will bring your way. This is the year to see through the mirror of who God has made you become. I pray that you will know how much love Christ has lavished on you that nothing will limit you to ridicule the love of Christ. You are more than conquerors through Him that love you, amen

YEAR 2010 – Incline to God’s Sayings

Prov 4:18-22 “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble. My son, attend to my words; INCLINE thine ear unto MY SAYINGS. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh”.

Isaiah 55:8-9 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts”.

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”.

Beloved, year 2010 is a year of great possibilities, opportunities and majestic surprises for God’s people in spite of what news you hear, see and feel. The scriptures above indicate one prominent statement of faith – Our God is faithful consistently consistent towards His thoughts and plans about us. He is a God who will keep to His sayings even in the midst of life’s mess-ups – if only you will incline your ears and attend to God’s sayings and keep them in the frontlets of your eyes. I compel you to own a diary or notebook to write down every single instruction God will minister to you, for the words if you obey them, they will shape your daily joy and destiny. Give your ears to the voice of the Holy spirit speaking into your spirit being to shape and mould destiny and your life on a daily basis.

The scriptures in context simply indicate that:

God’s thoughts and plans toward us are good.
God’s thoughts and plans toward you are not evil.
God’s plans for you are peaceful.
God has hope and a beautiful future and welfare and final outcome for you.
. . . & many more.

Inclining to the sayings of God is what will take you to your promised blessings in 2010. This is a choice that you have to make lest you walk like mere men and not as God’s chosen child designed for victory and triumph.

YEAR 2010 – Exercise The Force Of Faith

Matthew 11:11-12 “Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”

1 Timothy 4:8 “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.”

2 Timothy 1:6-7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

Beloved, the total package of the kingdom work as it affects our redemption is not for cowards, the fearful and those who don’t want to arise and take their place in REDEMPTION. The scriptures in context indicate that only by the way of exercise can we have profitable blessings in all things, not only in this life but in the life to come. That is to say that if you don’t take your place, the enemy can even send you home before time. The promise to complete package is in EXERCISING your Faith.

The scripture calls that exercise that creates profit, the force of faith. Until the days of John the Baptist, men who had enjoyed profitable kingdom life were people who refused to compromise and to give up for mere chance because of oppositions. The way life is tends to be today, it is a call for all Achievers’ of God that want to make a meaningful life for themselves and others, to arise in their spirit with the force of faith. Only the violent in faith, I mean in the realm of the spirit, will be able to dispossess the enemy and break forth into the fullness of all things that Christ has made available for them. Otherwise we live within the concept of religious activities.

Are you called or have strong leading to be in business, politics, education, medicine, science, technology, social, government, spiritual leadership etc? They don’t come by chance, besides you don’t last long there by chance. If we must become a voice and not a mere echo in this dispensation and generation, we must arise with the spirit of grace that is under the influence of the force of faith to bring the changes that posterity will reckon with and celebrate. The kingdom will populate and the enemy will be kept at bay. Year 2010 is not for cowards nor the fearful, therefore arise boldly in the light of the scriptures to make a profitable and colourful year 2010. (Hebrews 4:141-16).

YEAR 2010 – Walk in Diligence

Prov 22:28 – 29 “Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set. Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men”.

Prov 12:11 “He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding”.

Prov 28:19 “He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough”.

Heb 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”.

In this last decade just ending with 2009 in my years of serving the Lord, and now in seeing the heart of God by the knowledge and understanding that He has given me thus far, I have come to realise why many great prophesies given to people as individuals or groups remained stalled or appear to be unfulfilled.

Its is because some people either by ignorance or lack of sufficient knowledge, just receive the prophetic declaration on new years eve with great excitement as well as in the beginning of the year without walking diligently in the fulfilment of the words of grace in their life. There is an ancient landmark in the scripture that makes the diligent stand before kings not mere men and that makes God rewards those who diligently seek Him. It is the spirit of diligence that makes some stand out from others even though they all have equal opportunities to be successful.

In year 2010, colourful living is not for those who are lazy to walk in God’s prophetic statement of faith. Crown success is not for the idle minded but for the diligent. Diligence – a consistent steady effort or hard work – is for those who want to reign in life and be crowned as kings in their doings even as the scripture promises.

Rev 5:9-10 “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth”.

Romans 5:17 “For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)”.

Being a child of God demands for the pressing if we must make progress, and reign in life and in the year 2010; for great and established achievement is recorded on diligent pursuits. He that diligently tills his ground shall have plenty of bread say the scriptures - Prov.12:11; 28:19. Diligence involves investing your abilities, strength and all that you have into the pursuit of your life vision and mission for year 2010 in order to earn the desired crown year.

God will only prosper the callings – mission – in your life by prospering your efforts, your investments toward your goals through diligence (Heb 11:6). Run away from idleness and idle people, because idleness is a career and carrier of POVERTY be it spiritual, physical, financial etc, and it has no remedy. It is a cancerous disease, so fly away from it. It makes the acts of redemption of no effect in the life of those that live in it.

Therefore invest in labour – diligently tilling your land – and reap the great harvest of 2010. For your part in 2010 is the task of planting and watering, God’s task is to bring about the increase and overflow - 1Corinthians 3:6-7; Philippians 3:14; 1 Corinthians 9:24; Psalm 1:1-3. Be diligent in prayers, in studying – not just reading – the scriptures, in fellowship, in business and in all aspects of doing life to enable you know how to observe God’s inspiration and revelation for your empowerment in breakthroughs. (Joshua 1:8)

YEAR 2010 – Obedience in Service

Job 36:11 “If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasure”

Ex 23:25-27 “And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil. I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee”.

Isaiah 1:19 “If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:”

Joshua 24:15-17 ‘’ . . . Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve . . . But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord . . . ‘’

The things that have happened to the world economy, political instabilities, climatic predictions and terrorists invasion to get rid of other humans is far beyond the thought that its the fault of the United States of America or any other nation that may have been attributed with the evils and problems today – be it domestic or otherwise.

These happenings are a process through which God wants His Church to ARISE and take their place in SERVICE through obedience to bring about His purposes to the world in His Church. God wants man’s wisdom to be turned to foolishness by the unparallel wisdom He wants His Church to possess to teach the world the path of righteousness, true riches and prosperity.

Eph 3:10-11 ”To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:”

The context scriptures on obedience indicate that if we obey and serve Him:

We will spend our days in prosperity.
We will spend our years in pleasure.
We will eat the good of the land.
We will not be barren in the land, in our body & in our business.
We will be in good health and strength.
We will not have miscarriages in body, vision, ministry, marriages, business etc.
We will be free from the evil that is in the world
. . . And many more. (See 2Peter 1:1-13; John 15:1-8)

Beloved, these are the days when our Christian faith is challenged by what is happening in our world on a daily basis. It is only by engaging in serving the Lord through absolute obedience that we can bring about a true and lasting change in our lives and society in such a time as this. Serving the Lord in obedience includes - but is not limited to – the following:

Investing in our Time
Investing Financially
Investing in our Physical and mental abilities.
Investing in our Spiritual and ministerial abilities
Engaging in various opportunities in the Services of a local church.
Reaching out to the poor and needy.
Giving towards missionary causes
Reaching out to the causes of your community and neighbourhood
. . . and many more

Serving the Lord in obedience can only be achieved through the heart of love in spirit and in truth. You cannot serve the Lord effectively without a genuine act of love in our hearts and lives. In 1^st Corinthians 12, we are told of spiritual gifts but to effectively function with them as in 1^st Corinthians 14, there is an injunction in chapter 13 to express an excellent spirit of love. Love is the only principle that can cause a genuine service of obedience to bring about God’s blessings in our lives. (Mark 12:29-31; Gal 5:6, 13; 1 Tim. 1:5)

Year 2010 January – Month Of Beginning

Job 8:7 “Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.”

Job 42:12-17 “So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses. He had also seven sons and three daughters. And he called the name of the first, Jemima; and the name of the second, Kezia; and the name of the third, Kerenhappuch. And in all the land were no women found so fair as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren. After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons’ sons, even four generations. So Job died, being old and full of days. “

Luke 2:52 ‘’And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.”

Psalm 115:9-16 “O Israel, trust thou in the LORD: he is their help and their shield. O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield. Ye that fear the LORD, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield. The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron. He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great. The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children. Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth. The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.”

The year 2010 is come and the month of beginning – JANUARY – is also come. It is the dawn of a new day and a fresh beginning. The how in which one starts this January has a lot to do with what it will become at the end of the year. The path of the good man is ordered by the Lord and a man of diligence will always end with plenty.

What is vital and important at this month of January for every of God’s Child is to be humble to start small, if that means a fresh beginning. Don’t say that you don’t have enough to start. The scriptures above say that God will reward every small beginning and it’s not the size but the faith. Every seed of a small beginning has the potential to succeed, every seed can become a tree and every tree can become a forest.

We serve the God of increase, hence in Psalms 115:9-16, the three groups mentioned there – House of Israel, House of Aaron and the house of those that fear the Lord – together are people of covenant. For that, God has determined to increase and blessed them along with their children more and more. When you faithfully begin small, you open up avenue of increase in other areas of your life.

Job in the scripture lost all through trials, but began small and was later multiplied with increase. In same manner our Lord Jesus grew with increase from the manger birth. I believe your humility in the face of nothing to start small, will bring forth a great increase for you.

Beloved, don’t just stay idling, murmuring and complaining and blaming others at this New Year beginning, if you can just start with the available small opportunity, God will bless and increase you. A little time to pray, read and study your Bible can open up great avenues of revelation, inspiration and empowerment. Your little act of kindness, giving or tithing can create other open doors and stop the devourer. Your little investment in that business can turn the whole history of your life around again.

Therefore, this JANUARY of 2010, as a month of great beginning, don’t take things for granted, don’t eat up your little seed; sow it in life into that given cause(s) by faith, to that which God has put in your spirit, for there your destiny may be shaped. A little start to learn how to forgive and make peace will bring forth healing and unbelievable miracles. Make wise plans and escape from buy today and pay tomorrow nightmare. Start saving and investing small and make progress to your destiny of colourful living.

Finally – God Crowns Year 2010

Psm 65:11 (1-13) ‘’Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness’’.

Luke 9:62 “And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.’’

Hebrews 6:10 “For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.’’

Proverbs 23:18 “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off. “

Proverbs 24:13-14 “My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste: So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.’’

Dearly Beloved, my wife Faith and family and I, and all lovers and recipients of Achievers’ FAITH Digest monthly TEACHING Newsletter specially welcome you to year 2010. It is the dawn of a brand new year to kick start another decade and is full of awesome, amazing, and majestic opportunities and surprises. You should be overwhelmed and very delighted by the opportunity God has given you again in spite of all things to make the best of your life one more time in this new year of another decade.

It is a year the Lord wants to crown your effort and commitment to Him and mankind. Because He is the God who is delighted in crowning the years as they come with His goodness irrespective of the success, failures and mistakes of previous years. Serving the Lord with a diligent spirit and walking in obedience to the Word of God are the keys to enjoying His goodness. One thing that God has assured me in the Spirit and in the Word is to crown the year with His goodness and this is why Christ came, to give you a good, beautiful and colourful life. (John 10:10; 3 John 2).

In this Year 2010, know that the Lord has promised and He is set to bring an end to all your battles, because your expectation cannot be cut off. Surely there is an end on this side of heaven to all the pains, disappointments, trials, troubles, sufferings and sacrifices you’ve been through. God wants you to eat your honey this year and enjoy the year the Lord has made on a daily basis with His goodness. God is not a man that He should let the enemy succeed over you neither the son of man that he should repent nor change His good will towards you. He on course to bless you and make His part of the deal come to pass.

I am assured of God’s ability to turn your darkness and setbacks of 2009 and the past decade into a blossoming glory in 2010. He says His is not forgetful and unrighteous to neglect your labour of love and service in His kingdom and to mankind irrespective of all that has happened to you. For your expectations shall not be cut of says the Lord God almighty. Amen.

The Act of Believing is made available to all mankind. It is an integral default in men. Man’s existence today has a lot to do with whom and what He believes in. Whom and What you believe in determines how your destiny is being shaped and moulded. It’s for this cause people of all races, nations, genders and generations are in one conflict or the other, either on personal levels or general levels. God wants us to exercise Faith in whatsoever we Believe Him for. Believing God is a characteristic of Faithfulness, but exercising Faith on what you believe Him for, it is your human spirit responding on your belief on the word of God. That is, your human spirit acting on the word of God.

FAITH: Is acting on the Belief

BELIEVE: Is the characteristics of Faithfulness

Faith must be acted. God’s blessings upon your life depend on your Faith. Fear is a demon spirit and is the opposite of faith and the devil’s instrument to paralyse your Faith in God.

2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

By Faith, you become whom and what you Believe. Abraham believed God and it was counted or reckoned unto him for righteousness, he became what he believed of himself in God. Faith is the seeing eye of the act of Believing - Galatians 3:6-9 (Romans 4:17-25). The two blind men believed the Word of Christ, they become (had) what they believed in Faith for - Matthew 9:29 (27-31). The act to believe and exercise faith is spiritual – Take time to Think or Ponder or Meditate on these things (Philippians 4:8).

‘Celebrating Christ Birth & His Cause – Commemorating God’s Love’

Luke 19:10 ‘‘For the Son of man IS COME to seek and to save THAT which was lost.’’

Matt 1:16-25 ‘’And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ . . . Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost . . . And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shall call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins . . . Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us . . . Hallelujah! Glory to God in the Highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men!! It’s Christmas again!!! I bring you kingdom special greetings in the precious name of our saviour and Lord Jesus Christ in whom we live, we move and we have our being. Amen! It beholds God in His grace to call you His people in which am empowered in this commission of the Gospel to pray and trust that you will find the good will to celebrate Christ and His cause on earth and to commemorate the love that the season brings – This Christmas!

Christmas 2009 Special Edition

Thanks to God for Christmas, for the smiles and hopes it brings and beams on peoples faces during this season. And it’s all because Christmas is not merely about the story of the nativity of Christ but the life of His person in us and the cause for which He was born. Looking through the windows of the various media in respect of the happenings in the world today – a time of mans ‘great’ invention and discovery, economic empowering of man, science and technology in various fields of life – none of them has given us either peace nor harmony but trauma in all human phases of existence. Today, killings and wars go on our streets, uncertainties in our nations, our world with political and economic instability, Climate technocrats predictions with uncertainties, family failures and breakdown, relationship unfaithfulness, generational and moral decadence, business, entrepreneur and career setbacks etc, just to name a few. All this being is in pursuit of answers to human needs and problems. Our world cries with great thirst and hunger, seeking for who will quench her yearnings, desires and aspirations. This is the reason that Christmas – a yearly celebrating of the birth of Christ and His cause on earth and commemorating of the God’s kind of Love - is vital to all mankind irrespective of religious beliefs, race, gender and generation.

Christmas may be sectioned in this wise on this special edition: ‘CHRIST’ – meaning the anointed One, the Messiah, the Saviour. ‘MAS’ or ‘MASS’ – is the yearly Celebration of the birth of Christ and His cause with the sharing of that grace and the benediction of the triune God expressed through their love to mankind as in 2Cor.13:14 “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. Amen”

This Christmas – Christ Is Come!

Luke 19:10 ‘‘For the Son of man IS COME to seek and to save THAT which was lost.”

Matthew 5:6 ‘’ Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.”

Haggai 2:5-9 “According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not. For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts. The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts. The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.’’

Revelation 5:9-10”And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.”

JESUS IS COME! . . . This Christmas. What does it really mean? This is to call to conscience in our sub-human consciousness that we intend to do this season. The reason for the season, that is, the significance and the purposes of God for which our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ came to earth is the same today as it has always been regardless changes or make-over to our gender, race, generation and ethical perspectives.

There is a strong thirst and hunger for justice, peaceful life, wholesome living, safe environment, stable economy, steadfast family, lively and healthy living and relationship, true freedom, awesome opportunity and prosperity etc. In every nation people cry out daily in the depth of their inner soul for a good and prosperous livelihood. The scriptures indicate that only in Christ Jesus shall the desire of all nations come to be. And Jesus in His birth as in His death came to meet that purpose and earnest desire.

This Christmas is another time and opportunity to take advantage of the season to reaffirm your faith and take a bold step to see that the cause of Christ on earth by His birth is truly realised in your personal life; your family, community and nation. Otherwise, this Christmas will as always go as it comes, nothing will change and the struggle will continue in place of absolute opportunity to have and enjoy to the fullness of the cause of Christ being born to us as in the holy writ.

That Christ is come this Christmas helps to remind us of three key points which I want you to come to know which are found in the scripture of Luke 19:10 ‘‘For the Son of man IS COME to seek and to save THAT which was lost.”

Christ is come . . . this Christmas to:

To seek – To seek you from the dungeon and struggle and everything that has limited you in life and goodliness and has put you far from God and His blessings.

To save – To save you from all sin, sickness, fears and setback in life. And from all the cohorts of satan and men and the world around you.

THAT which was lost – To restore by the acts of redemption everything you have lost in Eden of Adam and live free of the guilt of life.

Beloved, this Christmas, as always in every Christmas, Jesus is come to give you the hope you long for, the peace you crave for, the life your earnestly will for and more importantly the love you pray to see come to reality in every phase of your life. The birth of Christ is come to bring forth a complete and total redemption for all mankind. A wholesome Redemption affecting your social, physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing even as Jesus experiences as in the holy write of

1 Thessalonians 5:23 ‘‘And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Luke 2:40, 52 ‘‘And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. . . And Jesus increased in wisdom (mentally) and stature (physically), and in favour with God (spiritually) and man (socially/emotionally).”

I pray that as you go through this Christmas special edition you will find enlightenment – Inspiration, Revelation and Empowerment – in your spirit, soul and body.

The Christ – In Humanity

1 John 4:1-3 ‘’Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God. And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world”

John 1:14 ‘’And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth’’

1 John 5:7-12 ‘’ For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life: and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life’’

1Timothy 3:16 ‘’And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory’’

As I skip through the various media communications – Newspapers and news channels on TV and radio; and make and receive phone calls, go through the world wide web – internet, drive though the streets in town – the jingling one hears is of the Christmas news and events. People of all nations are buying, selling, making or marking an event to make this Christmas worth celebrating.

However there are other opinions about Christmas, while some say Christmas is not important and is not worth any form of celebration, some say that it’s a heathen day, a pagan holiday while others indicate that December 25^th is not the day on which Christ was born but in October, however with no date to it. According to some it is for pagans and satanic due to the glamorous events and activities that are now associated to this date especially with the financial indiscipline and indebtedness people entangle themselves with as a result of it.

May I say that just because the enemy perverts and distorts the meaning and essence of the celebration of Christmas, does not mean that we should let go of that which we believe is of God – that is, Christ was born for us all according to the scriptures. For me and every supposed spirit born child of God, what is vital in the whole scenario of indifference is that Christ was born in the flesh – humanity. The act of acknowledging this very fact and truth of God in the light of the Holy Scriptures makes the journey of the Christian FAITH meaningful to anyone that dares believe in Christ Jesus our saviour and Lord. Amen!

The scriptures as in 1 John 4:1 –3 and 1 John 5:7-12 say that any person or people who do not acclaim that Christ was born in the flesh (humanity) are the antichrist. Christ means - the Messiah, the Saviour, the anointed one, while ‘anti’ means – to be against. This indicates that such a person does not believe in Christ’s virgin and humanity birth and as such becomes an enemy of JEHOVAH God. It’s also proof that such a person or group of persons have undermined the record and prophesy spoken of God in time prior to Christ’s birth even as in the holy writ -1 John 5:9-12; Isaiah 7:14; 9:6-7. Such an individual or group, the Holy Scripture calls a fool – for the fool says in his heart there is no God. (Psalms 14:1; Isaiah 53:1)

Birth Of Christ

Isaiah 7:14 ‘’Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel‘’ (Matthew 1:23)

Micah 5:2 ‘’But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. (Matt 2:6)

Gen. 49:10 ‘’The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be’’

To celebrate means to observe in a special way, to praise, honour, solemnise, worship and to make merriments of great joy.

Celebrating the birth of Christ is the most awesome event any creation of God should count a privilege to partake in – not only in this season of life but as a daily experience. When you come to know the cause and significance of His birth and what it has brought to you as an individual you will desire to have Him born in your heart and not just in the world or in a manger they say. You will be compelled to seek after Him, to worship, honour and celebrate him like the three wise men from the east according to the scriptures - Matt 2:1–12; Luke 2:1-20.

Let us celebrate him for he is born indeed; He is indeed born in our hearts and in our being. His birth is the rebirth of:

Peace and goodwill toward men
Hope for men.
Salvation for all mankind
Beauty for ashes
Oil of joy for mourning
Garments of praise for the spirit of heaviness
A better covenant for men
God’s forgiveness and righteousness for all mankind
The birth of a true and genuine love
Faith for the spirit of fear
A new spirit and mindset of the kingdom of God and of the heaven
A new identity with our creator God
True knowledge, understanding and wisdom of our God
True service and worship of God
A majestic and awesome generation
Restoration of true relationship and fellowship
. . . and many more

The Cause – of Christ’s Birth

John 18:37 ‘’Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this CAUSE came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice’’

1John 3:8 ‘’He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this PURPOSE the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil’’

John 3:16 ‘‘For God so loved the world, that he GAVE his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life’’

In Christmas season, people make that special journey to see their loved ones – friends and family. Some change their residential environment, move or buy a property, change a wardrobe, furniture, house curtains, and electronics and with some theirs is to make some outstanding decorations and paintings. Some might have gone to buy their first car or change for another, while some move to new cities or towns; others are making the best of a special tantalising meal after a long time. Promises and relationships are established or re-established with special love tokens; some are entering for the first time or relocating back to the Church after some absence and many, many other doings.

Only the heavens can explain or quantify to what extent money has exchanged hands and travels to meet the human demands. The groceries store and manufacturers have to put extra effort to meet the targets of human needs and wants which invariably had taken root of mans heart during this season. Unfortunately some may not have the economic power in terms of finance, yet they will do anything to see their wishes come to reality.

And as important as these cravings or uncontrollable desires are to meet some self set standards, they are incomparable with the true reason for the season - The CAUSE for which Christ came or was born into the world. The Holy writ indicates that Christ was born for these undermentioned causes:

To save us from our sin (Matt. 1:21; Rom. 5:1-2; Acts 3:26; 4:12; 1 Tim. 1:15; 2:5; Isaiah 53:5-10)
To restore a complete REDEMPTION to all mankind (Rev. 5:9-10; Eph. 1:3-14; Col. 1:13-14)
To seek and to save THAT which was lost (Luke 19:10)
To give us eternal life (John 17:3; John 3:16; 1 John 5:11-12)
To restore us to God’s kind of love (Rom. 5:8; John. 3:16-17; John 15:13)
To restore us to God’s kind of peace (Eph. 2:14, John 14:27; Phil. 4:7)
To destroy the works of satan against our life (Acts 10:38; 1John 3:8-9)
To restore us to an abundant (overflowing) life (John 10:10; Jere. 29:11)
To reconcile us to God (2Cor. 5:17-21; Eph. 2:1-22)
To give us true freedom and deliverance (Like 1:68-71; 4:18-19; Heb. 2:14-15; Col. 1:13-14)
To redeem us from the curse and effect of the law and the fall of man (Gal.3:13-14; Eph. 1:7; Col. 1:14; Rev. 5:9-10)
To restore us to a place of healing and health (Matt. 8:16-17; 3John 2; Isaiah 53:4-5; 1 Pet. 2:24)
To give us a true spirit of knowledge and understanding to life (John 17:3; 1John 5:18-20)
To prosper us (3John 2; 2 Cor. 8:9; Matt. 6:33; John 10:10; Josh. 1:8)
. . . and many much more

Commemorating Love – God’s Gift of Life

Romans. 5:8 ‘’But God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us’’

John 1:18 ‘’No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.”

John 3:16-17 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.’’

1 John 4:7-11”Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another’’

To commemorate is an act of remembrance and attributing honour and to keep alive the memory of the love of God towards us because of what Jesus has done. This Christmas – the annual or yearly celebration of the birth of Christ - can only be relevant and be of great virtue when God’s kind of love becomes our centre pace of life. In other words our celebration should not centre only on the food, wine and merriment. The main core heart-of-God why we celebrate Christ is to commemorate God’s LOVE that He has abundantly showered to the world. It is for this Love drive that Christ came into the world.

If there be any meaningful reason to celebrate, we must take out time from our comfort zone to demonstrate this great love for which we’ve been received and accepted in the beloved of God. When we lift the banners of this love in a genuine heart, we will end the bitterness of life without struggle, it will stop wars and killings on our streets, it will comfort the bereaved and strengthen the Orphans; it will end hunger and thirst in our neighbourhood and in the world today. In more ways than one, It will give clothing and shelter to the less-have or helpless; it will save the lives of children betrayed by their parents; It will stop the marital and relationship breakdowns and decadence. It will silence the terrorist and expose their hidings; it will keep at bay the networks of evil activities in our societies. It will silence the enemy of our generation. Gossip, betrayal, kidnappings and others will die a natural death. Love is the only spiritual silence and antidote that can keep our enemy at bay while we advance the Gospel of the Lord in our various activities of life.

Jesus was born with love and in love and he died for love. God is love and all who indeed celebrate His son – Lord Jesus Christ – must celebrate Him with a large heart of a true and genuine Love as also found in the following scriptures. 1 John 4:6-21 and 5:1-12.

Finally: The Mass – The Benediction

2 Corinth.13:14 ‘The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen’

Beloved as wonderful as Christmas celebration is, be it known today that Christ is enthroned. He is no longer the:

The babe in the manger
The servant to death
Neither the limited one nor the Christ on the Cross.

He is the God on the throne and everywhere at the same time, having dominion and authority over all thing, all flesh, all power and authority; He is the uncreated creator and reigns in majesty and dominion over all (Rev. 1:10-18; 19:16; Matt. 28:18; Phil 3:21). Let us enthrone him in our heart, crown Him King of kings and Lord of lords and establish His presence in a daily celebration and not just in another one year again.

I challenge and commend everyone who by virtue of grace have been ignited by the spirit of love to arise with faith and earnestly go and extend the good love of God in your hearts to others – that is the essence of a true living. You can begin from your home and the fire will spread to give hope to someone else near you.

I pray you have and enjoy a fabulous and great celebration of this Christmas and may God’s eternal love ever be your portion and prosper your goings during this season as you commemorate His love.

Just What The Doctor Ordered

The Word of God - sharper than a two edged sword.

Proverbs 4:20 – 22 “My son, attend to my words; consent and submit to my sayings. Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart.
For they are life to those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh.”

In the Hebrew, health in verse 22 is translated ‘ medicine‘. God has given us a prescription for our bodies – pertaining to our salvation – which is health (physical and spiritual), prosperity,

One dose will not do. Liken this to medication prescribed by the Doctor for you. You usually have to take a full course of the medication before it takes the desired effect on your body. There are a certain number of times a day that you would have to take the tablets and a certain amount too.Well the Bible says that we ought to do like wise with the Words of God. they are life, healing and health. Faith in God is faith in His word.

Ever wondered why we take the Doctor’s instructions so seriously yet take the Word of God with a pinch of salt? Let us reverence the Word of God as it so deserves. Let us reverence the integrity of the Word. No Word of God will be void of power. It is the Word that goes out of your mouth that cannot return to Him void. Luke 1:37 ” For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfilment.

The Word of God is the will of God.
The Word of God is the mind of God.
Jesus is the Word of God.
The Word of God is my light and my salvation.
The Word of God brings healing to all flesh and spirit when partaken of.

Use the Word of God to the fullest advantage. Obey it, do it, live it, enjoy it.

So what is being prescribed?

Proverbs 3:7b – 8 “. . . reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. It shall be health to your nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to your bones.”

Proverbs 7:1-2 “MY SON, keep my words; lay up within you my commandments [for use when needed] & treasure them. Keep my commandments & live, and keep my law and teaching as the apple of your eye.”

Ephesians 6:18 “Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people).”

Proverbs 5:1“My son, pay attention to my wisdom; Lend your ear to my understanding,”

Proverbs 3:21 “My son, let them not escape from your sight, but keep sound and godly Wisdom and discretion,”

Proverbs 12:18 ” There are those who speak rashly, like the piercing of a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.“

People die knowing the medication that would get them well but not taking it. They perish when they half heartedly partake of the medication. That just comes down to lack of knowledge. Hosea 4:6a “My people perish for lack of knowledge . . .” (Check out Isaiah 5:13-15)

That is why what the Church needs to teach is the unadulterated Word of God – not philosophies and motivational speak. Just as the Word of God comes.

Let us be doers of the Word of God and not just hearers only. James 1:22 “But be doers of the Word [obey the message], and not merely listeners to it, betraying yourselves [into deception by reasoning contrary to the Truth].”

Seek First The Kingdom of God

^{In the Bible in Matthew 6 vs 34 Jesus enjoins us not to worry about what we shall eat, drink or wear because only those who do not know God do that.}

^{Matt 6:31–33}“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ ³² For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. ³³ But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (NKJV)

^{God First}

^{What I find fascinating is that this concept is applied in so many areas of our lives and in the Word of God. When more than anything else you put the work of God first – then all else follows naturally.}

^{The Ten Commandments}

^{Regarding the Ten Commandments – all the commandments pivot on one main thing. LOVE! This however is not the be all and end all of being righteous. We are not righteous because we keep the law – we are made righteous by what Jesus Christ did for us on the cross.}

^{Rom 13:8-10}^“Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. ⁹ For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,”“You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely,“You shall love your neighbour as yourself.” ¹⁰ Love does no harm to a neighbour; therefore love is the fulfilment of the law. (NKJV)

^{As the Bible says in Romans 8:10-13 – that all commandments are summed up in one single command – to LOVE your neighbour as you love yourself. You see, when you uphold this one command, the rest are taken care of because no one who loves others would commit murder and adultery, steal or have evil desires.}

^{Growing Spiritually}

^{This concept also goes for making a conscious decision to grow spiritually. When you do this and take the first step towards this, e.g. spending time praying and reading the Word of God – watch all else fall into place. Consciously and unconsciously.}

^{Here’s a thought. When you decide to begin to look after yourself physically – a lot of good habits which are in line with the Word of God will follow like magnets to steel. Let’s say at the beginning of the year – as you do – you have a list of things that you want to rid your life of and those that you want to do more of. Things like to lose weight, keep fit, eat healthily, pray more, read the Bible more, spend quality time with your family, start that hobby, less waste of time etc.}

^{In this case we will start with a jog or a brisk walk in the morning – say 30 minutes. (Yes you can make the time, say, wake up 45 minutes earlier.) Besides it doesn’t have to be in the morning but morning is best. During this walk you could use this time to pray as well as listen to the Word on-the-go on your walkman, iPod or CD player.}

^{A few things are covered already – you’re already getting into the habit of losing weight, keeping fit, praying and hearing/reading the Word. You will find that your choices of the food that you eat changes and you’re drinking a lot more water too – good news for your body. No one wants to lose weight on one hand and take it away with the other hand by eating unhealthily.}

^{Because of the jog in the morning – you’re more energetic, you get more done during the day. You’re spending fewer hours in front of the TV watching stuff that you could do without. Basically – your mindset changes.}

^{Romans 12:2”}And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God”.

^{Now you’re reading and hearing the Word of God more, you’re praying more – you’re getting to have a great relationship with God – you’re maturing as a Christian, getting off baby milk – the list of possibilities is endless. Take care of the pennies and the pounds take care of themselves – the same concept applies.}

^Habits

^{Do an activity over a long period of time and it soon becomes so much a part of you that you come to a point where you don’t even have to think about it. Only that you want to do it and it’s just a part of your life. Just like you take a bath before you go out daily, like you brush your teeth, like you have your breakfast, like to switch off he lights when you’re ready for bed.}

^{Like-for-like activities follow each other. When you pick up a good habit you are then motivated to do others that will be good. Like magic some may say – not magic – it is a spiritual law just like gravity is a law of physics.}

^{The Will}

^{When you know the will of God for your life – the Word of God – you know that which belongs to you and how to get hold of it. The Word becomes flesh to you when you give and apply yourself to the Word of God.}

^{Romans 12vs 1}^“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. ² And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (NKJV)

^{Present your bodies as a living sacrifice. This is taking you to a place of death to self. It’s sad that a lot of us go through life not knowing not only what belongs to us but what we are capable of as sons and daughters of God.}

^{Healing belongs to me according to Isaiah 53:5 “… He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our inequities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed.”}

^{Salvation belongs to me according to Romans 10:9 – 10 “}That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.^“

^{This is spiritual legal tender – a spiritually legal document. Use it to its fullness.}

^{Get me right – this is not about losing weight or about getting rid of some habits; it’s about taking care of that part of your life which is important – that is}^{seeking God}^{and His kingdom – and the rest will be taken care of.}

^{Matthew 6:33}^“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.^”^(NKJV)
