The Ministry
The ministry of the Word and Prayers is the heartbeat upon which the 42nd Generation Foundation is founded.
It’s coined from Acts 6:1-7 with emphasis on verse 4 and Acts 5:20 as the commissioned vision-mission.
Act 6:4 “But we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word”.
Acts 5:20 “Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.”
In this Foundation, we live and breathe because of the value and emphasis placed on the infallible Word of God (John 1:1-5) and Prayers (Luke 18:1-8).
The Ministry of 42nd Generation Foundation is more than a Church . . . It’s a Vision-Mission of the Commission of the CEFMORSI MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL. As in the vision and mission mandate, the 42nd Generation Foundation inspiration, revelation and empowerment can only be relevant when the Word of God is ministered unadulterated through prayers in the sound instructions and strong demonstration of the Holy Spirit.
The main aim of the Foundation is to PREACH, TEACH and IMPART the Word of God using the following strategies:
- Achievers’ FAITH Digest
AFD is ‘About Becoming WHOM and WHAT you BELIEVE’! This is where the ‘GOOD SUCCESS’ and ‘BECOME TO BECOME’ mandate is published through a monthly TEACHING newsletter to give HOPE, FAITH and LOVE in order to BE whom and what we are created to be – (Joshua 1:8, Prov. 22:29, Genesis 26:12-14). A monthly newsletter geared towards empowering people to achieve their desire goals in Christ will be made available electronically and where necessary published as a teaching paper. - Publishing
This involves the publishing and distribution of faith inspiring and godly living material in the form of books, magazines, newsletters etc. (Psalms 68:11, Isaiah 52:7)
- Achievers’ FAITH TEACHING Seminar
This involves organising Word-based and Spirit-inspired FAITH TEACHING seminars, conferences etc, that will stimulate faith and inspire godly living. Graded in-depth teachings covering a wide area of basic issues of life for today to transform God’s people, to enhance the kingdom of God and keep the enemy at bay will be the goal and pursuit of the SEMINAR.
- Believers’ Convention/Conference
The ”Believers’ International Redemption Convention” – BIRC – is a major avenue of the ministry to reach out to the Body of Christ. A convention that is trans denominational, multi-generational, multi-lingual, and multi-racial. And which major aims and objectives is geared towards stirring the Faith of fellow Believers in Christ of various Denominational Christian FAITH ministries. A way of reaching out our faith in Christ beyond our foundation.
- Training/School of Ministry
The Kingdom Growth Schools is the training arm of the Ministry “The Bible And Ministerial Training Schools” – TBAMTS. A place where God’s precious people are fed with sound instructions in the Word of God accompanied with dynamic prayers and strong demonstration by the Spirit of God. It offers God’s people a knowledgeable, understandable and practicable manner of Biblical principles through a systematic and expository in-depth scriptural searching. Here, the Holy Spirit inspired and Word-led Leadership Courses, New Creation Believers Courses, Discipleship Courses and Ministerial Leadership School of Ministries, etc are designed to enhance the global vision and mission. (Proverbs 27:23; Acts 20:28; Romans 1:11; Proverbs 25:2)
- Media (Multi-Media)
- Communication channels through which news, entertainment, education, data, or promotional messages are disseminated. Media includes every broadcasting and narrowcasting medium such as newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, billboards, direct mail, telephone, fax, and internet and the various social media channels, not excluding emails, and text/electronic messages. Media is the plural of medium and can take a plural or singular verb, depending on the sense intended.
- Data storage material divided into three broad categories according to the recording method: (1) Magnetic, such as diskettes, disks, tapes, (2) Optical, such as microfiche, and (3) Magneto-Optical, such as CDs and DVDs.This involves the use of different forms of communication mentioned above to reach out to the quest and longings of the human spirit.
- Pastoral Faith Surgery
This is the avenue of counselling, prayers, deliverance and diverse ministrations being offered to meet both specific and specialised personal faith matters.
- Evangelism And Missions
This has been defined as:
“To present Christ Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit, that men, women and children shall come to put their trust in God through Him. To accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord, and to worship and serve Him as their King in the fellowship of His church”.
We are persuaded to stir and mobilize God’s people with a burning desire to reach out for the lost. This could be personal and/or mass soul-winning reconciliatory process. This also involves reaching out and assisting other ministries/ churches to quench the hunger and thirst for souls. (Matthew 9:35-38; Mark 16:15-20; 2Corinthians. 5:18-29; Proverbs 11:30; Luke 15:3-24). Depopulating hell, populating and advancing the Kingdom of heaven and keeping the enemy at bay. A burning desire to establish people in Christ and to establish Christ in people.
- Community Enrichment And Social Welfare
In pursuance with our charity outreach ministerial pursuit, we are committed to minister to the social need of our environment through our community Enrichment and Social Welfare and Hospitality Programme, etc. (James 2:14-17; Acts 4:32-35; Luke 14:21-23).
Finally, the end result of the Ministry of the Word & Prayer is DESTINY MOULDING, LIFE TRANSFORMATION, DIGNITY RESTORATION, FAITH ESTABLISHMENT, COMMUNITY COHESION and SOCIAL ENRICHMENT.
