Leadership Training – 42ND GENERATION FOUNDATION

The School of Bible Leadership & Ministry Training is a combination of the Kingdom Growth Schools Courses and Leadership Courses. This is the training arm of the CEFMORSI MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL known as “Bible And Ministerial Training Schools” – (BAMTS). A place where God’s precious people are fed with sound instructions in the Word of God accompanied with dynamic prayers and strong demonstration by the Spirit of God. It offers God’s people a knowledgeable, understandable and practicable manner of Biblical principles through a systematic and expository in-depth scriptural searching. Here, the Holy Spirit inspired and Word-led Leadership Courses, New Creation Believers Courses, Discipleship Courses and Ministerial School of Ministries, etc are designed to enhance the global vision and mission. The general provision for the 42^nd Generation Foundation aka Redemption Generation Foundation of the CEFMORSI MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL is for the teaching, training and transforming of people like you and others for their foundational faith formations, the work of the ministry and to await the Lords’ coming.

In Proverbs 29:18 and Habakkuk 2:1-3, we can deduce that it’s not just enough to have a vision but to write it down, make it plain and people to be available to run with it. A great change in the world depends on a great informed and trained people available for the kingdom exploits. Only those who know their God can be strong and do mighty exploits. (Daniel 11:32 and John 17:3). And only the knowledge of the Truth of God that guarantees true freedom and deliverance to live from the slavery, errors and bondages of the devil, his cohorts and the influences of the world system. (John 8:32; Matthew 22:29; Hosea 4:6; Isaiah 5:13-16; Proverbs 11:9).

Leadership is not authentic until the leader is ahead of those being led. Hence 42^nd Generation Foundation International in consequence to the set out vision and mission of the CEFMORSI MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL, is under an obligation and a necessity to ensure that leadership training is given a strong priority to advance the kingdom of God, keep the enemy at bay and transform the body of Christ and to reform and revolutionise our community as we awaits the Lord’s second coming in life and grace. 1 Corinthians 9:16-18.

The Goal

To feed – by training, educating and developing the human spirit with biblical principles in an understandable, knowledgeable and practicable manner.
To raise and equip people for the work of the ministry.
To train and to teach people on how to be led by the Holy Spirit through the living Word of God.
To raise an orderly, decent and discipled people thereby edifying and perfecting (maturing) the body of Christ.
To raise living, glorious, awesome, majestic and triumphant people for the coming of Christ.
To raise a people that has a burning desire for the lost – unchurched, unloved and unsaved.
To establish people in Christ and to establish Christ in people.

The Difference

The Leadership Training differs from many others because of:

The sound instructions in the Word of God and strong demonstration by the Spirit of God – (1 Corinthians 2:1-5; 1 Thessalonian 1:5; Acts 6:4).
The place and role of the Holy Spirit to TEACH, TRAIN and TRANSFORM people for the work of the ministry, the unity and maturity of the body of Christ for His coming. The Holy Spirit is given and allowed a free reign in all training scheme.
The layout scheme for the training of the tri-une man on how to be led by the Spirit and the Word of God.
The structural nature is basically international, charismatic and dynamic for the body Ministry of Christ. A training place for any race.
The relentless pursuit for souls to ensure a living, glorious, triumphant, and dominion life resulting Destiny Moulding, Life Transformation, Dignity Restoration and Kingdom Faith Establishment and community Social development and cohesion.
The functional born again, Spirit-filled, Word of Faith and grace transformed instructors (teachers) on the sure and sound Word of God in a knowledgeable, understandable and practicable manner.
