APRIL 2015 – REDEMPTION Reality: Possible through knowledge.
“That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”
Until you can actualise the essence of REDEMPTION of Christ in and for you, the communication of your FAITH in Christ will always be a struggle, strange and a burden. Hence there are many ‘Amen’, ‘Halleluia’ and ‘Bless’ me Christians around despite their long standing efforts in the Churches of Christ. This ought not to be so in Christ.
You can only appropriate through a personal knowledge and understanding of your redemption in Christ of all that God has done in you, for you and with you. Here are few reasons to seek for knowledge of all that God deed for you in Christ Jesus, in order to appropriate your redemption into reality:
•That a man’s ignorance is His own mountain, but the knowledge of the truth gives freedom and dominion – John 8:32.
• That knowlege will deliver from life and scriptural errors, and helps one engage with God’d power to save, deliver and restore – Matthew 22:29
•That your dominion in life is a product of your knowledge – Daniel 11:32.
•That a man’s value for knowledge determines his ultimate worth – Isaiah 33:6.
•That knowledge is power, freedom and dominion, while religion is imprisonment and bondage – Luke 11:52.
•That the grace that determines our status is a function of knowledge – 2 Peter 1:2.
•That when you run after knowledge, goodness and mercy runs after you – Proverbs 1:22, 29-33.
•That People who hate knowledge can’t secure heaven’s favour – Proverbs 13:15; Hosea 4:6; Isaiah 5:13-15.
•That age is not equal to knowledge, and should not be taken for knowledge – Job. 32:7-9.
•That if your thoughts are not updated, your life will be outdated – Proverbs 24:5.
•That when you add a little MORE knowledge to your life daily, you live a little better – Proverbs 4:18.
•That whatever you have no value for you have no access to – Mark. 6:5-6.
•That studying for knowledge is not a transferable responsibility – 2 Timothy 2:15.
•That the only authentic proof of knowledge is freedom and liberty – John 8:32.
•That when you don’t grow in the spirit of knowledge, you end up groaning in life – 2 Peter 3:18.
•That those who seek to know men, don’t know God; when you seek to know God, people will seek to know you – Jeremiah 17:5-8; Matthew 6:24.
•That your knowledge of Jesus makes you absolutely sure of tomorrow – John 17:3; Isaiah 33:6.
