LIFE BEYOND WALLS: MAKES A HEALTHY LIVING THAT’S BEYOND BORDERS!
“And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they had taught. 31 And he said unto them, COME YE YOURSELVES APART INTO A DESERT [SECLUDED, DIFFERENT] PLACE, AND REST A WHILE: for there were MANY COMING and GOING, and they had no LEISURE [PLEASURE, REST] so much as to eat. 32 And they departed into a DESERT [SECLUDED, DIFFERENT] PLACE by ship privately” Mark 6:30-32/Emphasis mine.
There’s a need for holidays, there’s a need to rest especially while on holidays when you know it’s time off from work and other distractions that disturbed and distort your day to day living. Jesus made sure that the Disciples [follower’s] took time off to the deserts places to relax and chilled out after enormous hours of work through times. And such outings of rest rejuvenates, refreshes, synergises, and rekindles an individual for a highly productivity and a healthy living in human relationships at any level and irrespective.
And so did one most needed person of my household decides for a change, and then took three (3) Weeks – away from home [the familiar]; and that’s my wife, who did take time away, she took a trip to the unknown and unfamiliar place called Nice Ville, France, to see the other worlds beyond border’s, in order to experience a different perspective for her own wellbeing, and in return for the the family healthy wellbeing, and by the informed lesson from the exposure, she could make a difference in making a difference.
As an outward and inward looking family, that anticipates exploring, innovating, creating and initiating something new, it’s good, healthy and worth it all, to sometimes be away from those you love so much to go and have a look at the other side of life beyond border’s, meet new people and learn of them, especially their language – French.
The exposures and experiences, adds up to one’s sense of seeing the beauty of others beyond tongue, colour, status, culture and such like irrespective; and makes family life colourful and gives an understanding of the interconnection of life beyond one’s shores. That’s what this my wife visit brought to us as a family. And we then concluded from her return in our observation of her that:
The life beyond walls and beyond borders makes a healthy living that’s truly delightful, rejuvenating, and refreshing. Don’t be static, think differently and ensure the good for others to know and walk in that light. Take a trip to a completely unknown to you to discover the good of God in OTHERS and by such experience become a delight in spirit and in truth.
SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK.
“GREAT is the Lord, and GREATLY to be PRAISED in the CITY of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. 2 BEAUTIFUL FOR SITUATION, the JOY of the whole earth, is MOUNT ZION, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King . . .14 For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our GUIDE even unto death” Psalms 48.
“The God who created the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands; 25 nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, because it is He who gives to all [people] life and breath and all things. 26 And He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their lands and territories. 27 This was so that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grasp for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us. 28 For in Him we live and move and exist [that is, in Him we actually have our being], as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His children” Acts 17:24-28 (Amplified).
