LET US PRAY: FOR YOU’VE BEEN QUALIFIED – TO SHARE IN THE SAINTS INHERITANCE IN CHRIST JESUS!
“GIVING THANKS to the Father, who has QUALIFIED US to SHARE in the INHERITANCE of THE SAINTS (God’s people) in the Light” Colossians 1:12 Amplified.
It’s awesome to know that you’ve been QUALIFIED to share in the saints INHERITANCE in Christ Jesus; and it’s within your redemptive rights and privilege in Christ Jesus, to now rise up in grace – declaring and affirming your FAITH on the DONE DEED. That’s the reason to commend yourself to God and to the word of His grace, that builds up and gives access to the inheritance as set for all who are Sanctified in Christ Jesus stead – meaning set apart for God’s uniqueness in blessedness.
“And now, brethren, I COMMEND you to God, and to THE WORD of His grace, which is able to BUILD you up, and to GIVE you an INHERITANCE among ALL them which are SANCTIFIED” Acts 20:32.
Will you PRAY it into reality? Now do it in this apostolic line of prayers as Apostle Paul did with the Ephesians Church. Endeavour to personify it as you make bold to declare the SCRIPTURAL writ.
EVERY BLESSING: Let us pray now.
“For this reason, since the day we heard about it, we have not stopped PRAYING for you, asking [specifically] that you may be FILLED with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom [with insight into His purposes], and in understanding [of spiritual things], 10 so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord [displaying admirable character, moral courage, and personal integrity], to [fully] please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing in the knowledge of God [with deeper faith, clearer insight and fervent love for His precepts]; 11 [we pray that you may be] strengthened and invigorated with all power, according to His glorious might, to attain every kind of endurance and patience with joy; 12 GIVING THANKS to the Father, who has QUALIFIED US to SHARE in the INHERITANCE of THE SAINTS (God’s people) in the Light. 13 For He has RESCUED us and has DRAWN us to Himself from the dominion of darkness, and has TRANSFERRED us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, 14 in whom we have redemption because of His sacrifice, resulting in] the forgiveness of our sins [and the cancellation of sins’ penalty]” Colossians 1:9-14 (Amplified).
SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:
“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men OUGHT ALWAYS TO PRAY, and NOT TO FAINT; 2 saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: 3 and there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. 4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; 5 yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. 6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith. 7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? 8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man comethh, shall he find FAITH on the earth?” Luke 18:1-8.
