Bible Study Notes
A man’s ignorance is his own mountain but the knowledge and understanding of a truth which is called WISDOM, will not only deliver but emancipate an individual. Hence the following scripture is great food for thought.
2 Peter 3:15b-16 “. . . And account that the long-suffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other Scriptures, unto their own destruction.”
Unlike the Bible Study Course, the Bible Study Notes are extracts made out from the in-depth graded preaching of the Pastor’s Message. 42nd Generation Foundation believes that a people well instructed in the Word of God through teaching will be better placed in life, grounded and established in faith than only from a preached message.
Ezra 7:10 “For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgements.”
Matthew 13:52 “Then said he (Jesus) unto them, therefore every scribe (teacher) which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a householder, which brings forth out of his treasure things new and old.”
Hence, the in-depth graded preached message is made into a teaching format for an individual or group of people to study. For a person/people of knowledge is a person/people of strength.
Proverbs 24:5 “A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increases strength.”
2 Timothy 2:15 “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that need not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
